The groom is a co-worker to my husband, in which I have met once. The Bride, neither of us has met. This will be a second marriage for both of them.
I am really torn on weather to bring a gift or not....
Any suggestions?

I met a man 6 weeks ago and he is absolutely wonderful. We spend alot of time together and get along great! I am presently on my 2nd divorce and dont want to jump into anything bad again, but hes so perfect, completely unlike my previous 2 husbands. He has spend some time at my house with my kids who are all in their late teens and he likes them. I want him to move in with me in the next couple months, I would be happy if by Sept, we will have known each other almost 5 months by then. We have talked of marriage, but I want to live together at least for a few months first. He has never been married and doesnt have any kids. How do I know that I am waiting long enough? I dont want to push him into anything but he says he wants to be with me forever. Also I dont want a big wedding, probably just a small service with immediate family and a meal, so once we decide to do it, planning wont be an issue. Right now I feel like I really want to do this, despite what I have already been through.

I ended a relationship from 8 years which my mom help contribute the breaking a year ago. I got into another relationship with a big package. In the begining everything was good. Now the story repets itself from my previous relationship. My mom can't stand my new boyfriend. Now every step I take she tells my kids dad and they both get along. My kids dad got married and supposibly wanted to reconsile with me. After last week I found out from his mom he was having another baby. He calls to agravate me wanting to reconsile. My mom wanted me to reconsile with my ex for my kids sake. I finally got my ex to confess today about having another baby. He still has the nerve to tell me he wants to work things out. I need some desperate help. My family lives with me there is not a day that goes by in my household without drama. The only time my family is happy is whenever I'm flipping the bill. I'm not a bank. I don't know what to do?

I tried asking part of this in another question but I guess I didn't explain it very well. My parents never want to do anything fun. They usually don't let me go out with new friends until they've met the parents, and they never make time for that. They say if I want to go somewhere with a friend, they can drive me. But they never have time for that. Even tennis class, which was only once a week, was hard to make them take me, and that was my only activity for a while. I asked them to let another parent drop me home, but they said they don't know the parents, and whenever I said after a class, "Look, there's one. Go meet her," they said "Not right now."

This isn't really a question. Just posting I guess. I just moved to Virginia a couple months ago and got married. My husband and I have a spacious appartment and he is in the Navy so our household is pretty stable. I guess I just wanted to know if anyone needs help or housing. He works all day and I'm home by myself during the day. I would love to have a teenage mom or just someone who needs help. Please only serious responses. If you need help tho with anything child care housing please e-mail me and let me know.

I asked a question yesterday about me dropping off hubby 50 miles from the house due to my post partum depression. If he was going to call, etc......... Guess what? He just callled!!!! I need help
Ive been married for 10 years and we have 3 boys.... 10,6,and 3 yrs of age.
Our 6 yr old has autism so its tricky to find someone that can and will be able to watch him.
I need help making date night happen and something always comes up... I dont care where we go and even if we sit in our driveway...

We mostly talk about the boys and not about us anymore so its tough

any ideas of how other couples keep it going?

my ex of 2 years have been broken up for about 5 months now..since then i have been out with other guys and now i am dating a guy for a few months..my ex he just goes around drinking every day and night getting on random girls..we both just graduated high school and i leave for college in 2 days and he knows that..yet he Imed me yesterday out of the blue (havnt talked to him for months)& asks me if im excitd4school&when i tell him i leave in 2 days he acts all surprised like he didnt already kno.right b4 he imed me he put a love song in his info about always being there4som1.during the conversation he asked me who ive been hanging out w/&then asked me if i was 2gether w/ this guy(1 of his old friends) that i went2prom w/&i said yes.idk if this helps but hes on aderol&antidepressants and since the meds hes had a very apathetic outlook on life(which is y we broke up) i also believe he is a narcisisst.he also recently got cited 4 a dui.plz help me figure out whats going on w/ him?!?!

im 22 and my brother is 17.my mom pretty much lets him do what he wants and talk to us however he wants.he's a big guy & hands out with older cousins&he thinks he's grown.she says she cant tell him what do to because he wont listen.i tried telling her the bad things he does but it just blows up in my face "let him,let him he's the one who is going to deal with it" and the way he talks to me is killing me.according to him im not sister anymore im *****.since my mom wont tell him not to talk to me like that he does it.i just want to know what can i do to try and save my relationship with my brother.im moving out of the house this year because i cant live with him anymore. so what can i do? i love my brother but it kills me that he's like that with me. especially after i took care of him since i was 12 because mom always worked and dad wasnt there.sometimes i feel like telling my dad what he does just to see if maybe he'll do something about it, but i dont want him to go argue with her.

Okay so i have this ex boyfriend, we haven't been together for a few years now, but we dated for like almost 3 years, and we are still good friends.
The thing is that now he has a new girlfriend that he has been with i'd say about 2 years. But he still calls me a few times a month and says we should hang out, but what he means is lets hook up. Then we end up sleeping together.
I dont know what this means or whay he does this.
