The bible teaches us and it says "do not love each other with words" then why do women want so much to hear just those few words.

For a definition of what love really is read this verse from the bible

I'm 14 years old and my parents have been married for 24 years.
My mom recently (yesterday) found out that my dad has been cheating on her with another woman in Korea.
My dad's in Korea right now, doing "business", but I simply can't trust anything he says now.
My mom called the woman who he's been cheating on her with, but the woman is an ignorant, arrogant, and stubborn lady who only blames my mom. The lady won't provide any answers, except that they've (her and my dad) have been contacting each other through text messages and phone calls, but haven't met face-to-face.

God, I don't know what to do. My mom is going through so much pain and stress and suffering. It hurts me to see her hurt.

My dad is a lying and deceitful prick. He lied to me, he lied to us.

I don't know what to do. I don't want to see my mom suffer so much from her horrible husband.

I told my friend that” I had a crush on him long back”. His reply was “ mission accomplished”.( what the hell does this mean?) Then he asked “what about now, how do you feel about me now?” I did not know what to say so I just laughed. He is one of my best friends and we are great friends but now I don’t have crush on him, but like him just the way he is. And I really do not want anything to happen between us. My friends have always said that he likes me since long back, but I do not think much about it because he never said anything to me directly. We have been best friends since last 10 years.

Am just wondering did I do wrong by telling him about my crush on him. Well we are really good friends and I thought he will laugh about it that’s why actually I said it. I really do not want things to change!! Please help. What should I do to make things right? I do not like this awkward situation, which I meant to end as joke. Please help

My ex fiances wife contacted me a few weeks ago and now I am very worried. About 7 years ago, I went through all legal avenues to have him sign off his parental rights. I am concerned for the fact that my ex and his wife now have a child together that is almost 3. Wifw has expressed to me that she would like for their child and mine to get to know each other and I have told her that this isnt going to happen until my child is 18(she is almost 10). I was wandering, even though he signed off his rights, can they take us to court to get rights for the children to visit with each other.
Also, I am concerned that his parents may now try to get visitation rights to my child after not having contact with her for almost 10 years. Can they?
. We asked my ex to sign off his rights for 3 reasons, 1 because we wanted my child to have my married name, 2 he stopped paying child support when he found out I was getting married, and 3 he NEVER signed her birth cert. or asked for visitation rights.

my boyfriend was the first to ask me out when he found out that i liked him. he said he liked me too. but only a couple weeks later my friends (7 out of 10 of them said this) that my bf was taking advantage of me and only wanted me for my body. i trust them very much and i believed them when they said this. but when i asked him he said that they were wrong and that he wasn't only with me because of that. he said that he did think i was hot but that wasn't the only reason. i trusted him but the rumors still bothered me. i got them more and more and then he started ignoring me but whenever we were together, he was all sweet and treated me like i was the last girl in the world. i broke up with him cuz i didn't know what to believe anymore. well it's been a month since that happened and i always find myself thinking of him and every song reminds me of him. i don't want to get back together because i know i will get hurt again and he played me but i still love him. what should i do?

i just posted a question as to whether or not i should move out. if i move out i failed to mention that they will stop paying for my college if i do. that i have completely fallen for. heres the story:

last week i went to six flags with my two friends bobbie and andrea. bobbie brought her friend john along so the number would be even. so we run off to the biggest roller coaster as soon as we get there. bobbie and andrea imediately call being ride buddies, leaving me with john. bobbie and andrea apparrently had these "plans" for me and john. they beg me to make a move on him even though i had just met the guy a couple hours ago. throughout the day they keep talking about their "plans". see i didn't mind too much, i was just getting annoyed but john was super mad at them and kept apologizing for bobbie and andrea's annoying-ness. so now we're gona go back to six flags again and bobbie and andrea want to ressurect their "plans". but i really like john a lot and they don't know. and i want him to like me back but i don't want him to feel like it's because of my friends "plans". what should i do?

My wife left and is wanting a divorce, we have been together for over 10 years and have 3 kids. The real problem is I still love her but she has not intrest in making our marriage work. I know that in time the pain will fade, but how do you get through the day with out loosing it... espically in front of the kids?

I am in a mess. I was living with my hubby and my 22 month old in a sweet world of my own. I thought why not utilise this free time I have and I joined a correspondence course so that I will be employable by the time my toddler begins schooling. I study when my toddler sleeps. Recently my mother in law moved in to stay with us. She has been abused by her husband for the last 35 years. She has also taken it all silently like some dumb cow. Last time when it happened, her younger son decided it was enough and brought her to live with us. Ever since she has come, she has been keeping this sad face around the house. I've tried my best to cheer her up. I basically don't like her as I like women with guts. She expects us women to treat our husbands as Gods. She doesn't like it when my man helps me around in the house. Now MIL has taken over my baby by bringing her all sweets, chocolates, juices, lays etc. I rarely give her all that as I don't consider junk good for her.

i am extremely shy i am 16 years old and a girl.
i cant have a normal relationship with a guy because everytime he asks me to hang out im to scared to go to his house because im scared it will be akward. I've been seeing this woman for only a few months. I find her very attractive. She works at a local nightclub as a cocktail waitress. She says she's into Asian men and has date previous dates and boyfriends with them. It seems I match her type of guy. She also tells me that I look so sexy when I smile at her.

Whenever I see her, we talk very briefly, sometimes I buy her a drink, and we give each other a friendly hug whenever I step into the club and say goodbye. I stop by every once in awhile just to meet with her. She always tells me she misses me when I haven't seen her within a week or two.

Recently, she gave me her # so we can talk whenever we're not busy. However, I'm not sure if she gave me her # to talk casually or to make plans to see each other again. I'm kind of confused about this situation.

From what I observed, is she into me? Is this a sign of a crush?

..gets attention from other guys? My last two boyfriends, before the one I have now, complained all the tiem about how guys "were always all over me, flirting with me" and stuff like that. They said that they didn't like the competition, but I assured them that I liked THEM. My current boyfriend, who I addooore - well, I think he notices this too and tries to act like he is an amazing catch (not cocky, I think he's just trying to assure himself). But I like him so much and I would never cheat, etc. And I never have. I'm just worried he'll get all upset like my ex's. How can I reassure him more? It's very frusterating! As a guy, does this really bug you that much!?

so my x and i broke up 3 months ago but we have been still hanging out and even some nights cuddling in the same bed.... so her birthday was a few days ago and i made her a cake and got her gifts.... we got to talking about her weekends because she goes down the shore.... i asked and she gave an honest answer that she had hooked up with another guy and i had to leave the room for a few mins.... she said that she still loves me and cares about me that she doesnt want to break my heart again....she took a week off from work and spent it down the shore with her friends.... i am so confused and worry that every nite she is hooking up with a dude... i guess i had some hope that after the summer we would get back together for my sr. year of college but idk now esp. after she called me her safety net.... now i am feeling depressed bc i spent 2 yrs with this girl opening up which at least for me isnt easy... i know the right thing is to break off all contact but i cant... she makes me happy

im starting dating this guy for a week now. why do i feel like i have to call him all the time. When he tells me i will call u i know u will but i call him anyways and i dont want to push him away. I called him at 8:50 tonight july 4th and he was going to call me later and i dontknow what later means.
