can i still use stamps i have boughten like a few years ago (i've never gotten t use em...its a 3 cents postage stamp) and i need it for one of my letters im sending. Will that still work even though the postage stamo is a few years old??

yes, just total the current postage rate! if that's by 3's then so be it!

Stamps dont use their value. The current rate now is $.41. You would need to make sure that the total stamps adds to be $.41. Even if that means using 14 stamps. (You can use as many stamps on an envelope to get the current rate.)

Yes they are still good, but you will have to use enough of them to equal the current rate.

If it adds up to 39 cents you can still use it that would be 13 of them.....
