What is love? Love is complete trust. Love is sharing. Love is intimate. Love is being willing to give up your life for another. Love is seeing another's faults and not caring about those faults. Don't settle for second best. Wait until the right person comes along - you will know when they do. Learn to trust yourself first!

no...I was the same way...with all the betrayal and pain induced by men I swore marriage wasn't for me because I could never trust another man again....Guess what? I am married, have been for almost 8 years, and I have 4 children...
The divorce rate is so high because people give up too easily...they want a fairy tale relationship, like those you see in movies....that's just not reality
Reality is this:
Marriage takes God being at the center of it.....
Marriage takes work!!!
Marriage also takes honest communication, no matter how hard it is to take....AND
Marriage takes COMPROMISE!!!(people now adays don't want to compromise..."It's all about me" is how they view life.
That's not going to get them a healthy relationship at all!
If you have all these things, it won't be perfect, but it will be real and you will succeed!!
Seek God 1st and He will bring the mate that He already has for you to you. I went through hell and back with men but when I gave up on looking for that perfect person God brought the best husband in the world, and I'm not exaggerating, to me....
You see, God knows what kind of person you are and what kind of person would best compliment you...
The Bible says that we, as wives, are to be our husbands help mates....that just means that we are supposed to be there to help and compliment our husbands....where he is weak , I am strong and visaversa....this is how it works.
Have Hope...you can trust again and you will when it's the right person!!!!!!!!

Without any trust and communication any relationship is bound for trouble. We are all in the same boat trying to find the perfect person for us. You have as much chance of the rest of us. Is there a reason that you don't trust others? You may want to evaluate that before you ever even think about getting into a relationship. It will save you time later. When you find that person, it will be like finding your second half and like any relationship, it takes work. Good luck!

you got to have faith that love Love is the Greatest
We all desire love and we always want more and more.
Love is patient and kind; love is not boastful, proud or rude. Love does not demand its own way, love is not irritable and it has no doubt.
Love keeps no record of when its been wronged, but rejoices when the truth wins out.
Love never gives up, never loses faith - it is always hopeful and endures through every circumstance.
Love will last forever and ever- in its wonderful feeling we can all dance.
Love is the key to life - it gets us up each day with great joy and expectation.
Yes, love makes us what we are and it's with us for the duration.
There are three things that will endure - faith, hope and love. The greatest of these is love - it's the greatest one!

you can still love, it's just a matter of whether you will let yourself and if you would want to be in a relationship. trust is something that takes a while to build. if you start a relationship and you've had trouble in the past, it may take a while for you to truly trust that person. be cautious, but don't stop yourself from being with someone great just because you're scared.

NO, what it means is that you are a careful person, and you don´t fall in love just to be with someone and to feel loved...you think your stuff very much and you open yourself when you believe in the person, in his or her feelings...
I think what you do is not a bad thing, you will fall in love for sure and be happy and trust your partner...you are just a cautious person

Everyone is human and everyone is going to have faults...it will happen. no one is perfect. so you are either going to have to trust or you will for sure be divorced. if you don't trust, you will not trust her and that will be your breaking point. the only way to trust is to every day work at respecting each other because long and happy marraiges are made on respect not love.

not really...just means you havent found the right person yet...i have trust issues too cause ive been cheated on before by someone i thought i loved, but then i found someone who actually is faithful and is truthful to me and even now i still dont trust him fully, but deep down i know he wouldnt do anything to hurt me, so i guess you just have to find the right person

No, it means that you have trust issues. I feel that the most important thing in a relationship is finding someone that you can trust.
