ok well i have been with this girl for about 5 months now, we recently found out she was pregnant and we decided to keep it, then she decided she wanted a termination, i was cool with it i said i would support her, but the other night i held her friends new born baby when she found out she went mad and made up some stupid story saying i was hugging the mother and i fancy her bla bla, anyway now she has decided she wants the baby but thinks we should cool things down a bit,she is very paranoid and insecure (due to a previous bad relationship), i dont know what to do i love her so much and i keep telling her this but it seems like she dont believe me, i really do think she has some mental issues...

Recently, my bf has been asking a lot about getting married. He asked at what age I wanted to get married and I can't seem to give an answer... After some thinking I realized that with marriage, you can never be really ready because you don't really know what will happen. You just hope that the person you chose to marry will love you and will work with you to make the marriage fruitful and happy... The single life is also hard to leave behind unless you have some ulterior motives behind marrying eg. money, etc... agree or disagree?

My bf & I have been together for abt 4 yrs now,met at cllg and have been best of friends,he comes from the same country as I do (pakistan) but from a diff. area/city.About 2 yrs ago his mom & sis talked to my mom for our marriage,my mom said no in a wishy washy way excusing that he was still in grad school and wasnt working and so on for me as well. Now he has a job and everything. How do I tell my parents that I want them to consider him again? They didnt event talk to him the first time!! I thought they needed time but they didnt even ask me about him again, unfortunately the proposals that they talk to me abt always start off by facts such as the guy is working in xyz company making $$$...i dont care about how much a guy is making as I am very much self reliant. This summer my bf is going back to his family for a few months, his family might introduce future prospects to him and if nothing is done on my end, he might be engaged to someone else....

I don't trust people easily and make friends. Because of this, wherever i go, i upset people, especially girls, because they wish to talk and make friends but i don't make friends easily because my experiences tell me that noone appreciates me for what i am - a honest, no-hurt-nobody and helpful person - people think of it as a weakness. I do help strangers, and speak to people - i'm not anti social, but i cannot make friends unless they come to me and accept me for what i am. I used to have the max. no of friends when i was small. Now i try to avoid all my friends or i hardly have any true ones.

Hi folks,
Do you guys recommend any places for getting invitations for a bridal shower that would look decent and not so overpricy?
I checked out Papyrus the other day and I picked up a couple of boxes of the imprintable pack. So basically its colored with a design but no printing on it. The cards I picked up cost $20 a box and Paprus charges $20 for as a print set up fee and then $1 an invite. Is that ok or expensive? Any other suggestions? Can I get them printed somewhere else or any other places where I can get invitations..I would rather get one with a background I like and then print our own custom words on it..

of their own quote, "Nice guys finish last"? Its funny how some white women don't just pick a black guy to have 8-9 kids with, they always pick the black guy with a physically violent past, she gets bitten, and then her parents sit back and say, "we called that one from the start" oh yeah right. she knew his deal, and he was a man - to her. but on the other hand, nobody likes to see murder.

I TRULY love doing so the attention I get is awesome but even more it feels great, especially during rush hours when everyone is crabby it makes all forget their problems and beep , wave, and smile for awhile. Oh well if you have'nt tried you dont know what your missing.

OK, my husband and I met under very unusual circumstances. And people often ask us"how did you guys meet" (which in my country is considered a very private question but that here in America it seems very common). And for us to explain how we meet we have to explain some stuffs that we don't really want to get into, because it involves children, divorce, a mess. So, we try to simply answer as " in a bar" which is half true. Thing is they push for details and we end up going through the whole story which really annoys me.

So, my question is: how do I dismiss the question when people ask how we met?

Should I simply say " it's a long story we don't want to get into that right now?". I tried that but it seems people get even more curious.

" It's private we don't like to talk about it". Is it rude to say that?

Any suggestions?

follow to my question, i didn't mean to offend any of you girls. i really do like where I am in UK, and ive got a looot of respect for all of them. BUT when im going out, most of you (dont take it personnally if dont consider you are like this) get drunk, get dress awfully, like flirting a lot. well i know u want to have a good night out but this is something i hate about this country, and guys are exactly the same. not surprise u get yr first kid around 16-18 for a majority. i just say what people think that's all.

I have been told that malls are better places for meeting women than bars, so yesterday I went to the mall in my city solely for finding dates. I wasted an entire evening there and did not talk to a single woman for the following reasons.
* There are too many shopkeepers in the mall (this is how it is in my country India, I don't know how it is in other countries) and someone is always watching you. You feel awkward thinking they must be wondering what this guy is doing in the mall not buying anything but going around and around.
* The women who are there shopping seem too busy and preoccupied with their purchasing so you wonder if you would be intruding them by talking to them.
* Lot of women are found in the Ladies dress shops where you have no business to be there. Even if you go there pretending to buy something, you feel the girls might be looking down on you for lurking around in the women's section, and that lowers your confidence.
*All items are too costly.

My wife is the best wife anyone could ever ask for in life. So, in return, I want to do something nice for her and something different than flowers, diner and a movie, and hanging out. What do you suggest?

Okay well..
7 years ago, I moved to a new house & my next door neighbour & I became best friends (in fact, we were like brothers and sisters). We played with each other every single day. I would go to his house & he would come to mine. We would be heartbroken when we had to go home at night because we just enjoyed each other's company so much. We had so much in common & we had so much fun. I could relate to him in so many ways. (He's 11, I'm 14)

A few years ago, his mum decided to move houses. I was shocked & devastated. I cried & cried. No more best friend to listen to your problems, no more best friend to play with, no more best friend to cheer you up, no more best friend to just have. He kept me alive. I needed him and he wouldn't be there for me everyday anymore...

My wife's niece is NOT my blood relation - so please don't start with the judgemental incest rubbish okay!!

I slept with her niece. I was very drunk and a bit lonely (due to a rough period with my wife this year) This niece is as hot as Jessica Alba with Pam Anderson brains. On saturday the house party went on til 3am and I ended sleeping in a back bedroom next to some coats. Her niece came in to kick me out so hse could sleep and I sat up and we spoke for an hour and ended up tickling and pillow fighting. The next thing I knew we were kissing.

Actually it was really romantic and she was a mutha in bed. I think that her niece would like to hook up again as she just called me at work.

What would be a good reason to need to go to her niece's house over the next few days? How can I make it seem natural?

My fiancee of 18 months had a 9 year affair during his 16 year marriage. The 16 year marriage ended 13 years ago, so alot of time has gone by.. We met 3 1/2 years ago and have been engaged for 18 months. I moved in last month for our wedding scheduled in 4 weeks. I found out that he has the name/number of the ex-mistress in his cell phone (speed dial list). Upon confronting, he provided 1 year of cell phone records that didn't show any contact from him or from her. He says that he hasn't cheated or seen her and that he's committed to me and that he just never deleted the number. With no contact, by such a toxic relationship with her in the past, could anyone out there give him a true benefit of doubt that this is a future problem I'll have to encounter in a few years?
