i just met my perfect match, everything was going perfect until hr ex of 5 years ago started saying thats she is being unfair on her daughter by confussing her about me, she recently met me after a recent break up and said she never felt like this towards anyone before. i'm confussed that shes become a little distant, i really don't want to lose her, help????

Ok,i need some serious advice! I have been in a long-distance relationship with my bf Robert,who lives 2 states away,and weve been together for a year. We truly love each other,and i was planning on going to a university up where he lives. Major prob though! He recently told me that he decided to join the army for 4 years! He is not going to iraq,he will be positioned in the U.S.,although im questioning if things will work out. We want to stay together,and i love him soooo much,so im defidently willing to! But isnt it hard to contact someone when their in the army? Im only 16,so i dont have the option of marrying him yet. HELP! i need advice on how to stay in contact with him,and how to keep our relationship! plz!

So I recently won a very large sum of money in the lottery, I haven't told anyone, I was sitting outside a BMW dealership with the intent of buying a new car, but I began panicking that I will do what seemingly every other lottery winner has done. (Go crazy and get killed...) I feel even worse, because this is what you dream of, and now I'm hating it, either way I'm going to freakin regret it! What should I do, give it all away, just try and play it cool? I know that I have a good family and stuff, but I don't want to see what this could do to them...

My fiance is a wonderful man, but he is also an alcoholic. He manages to keep his drinking confined to the late night hours, but he drinks himself into a stupor to go to sleep every night. He goes to work every day, and he spends most of his life sober. He is very healthy and responsible in every other aspect of his life. He has tried to quit in the past, but always relapses. He has told me that he doesn't think he can quit, so if I marry him I take him as he is. He is nearly perfect in every other way, but I'm worried about how his addiction might affect our life together...should I learn to live with his habit and marry him anyway, or should I say goodbye to the man of my dreams because I am afraid of his addiction? Please help!

I have been with my partner 8 years,married for 4 of them, hes the best husband in the world i love him with all my heart but in november my husband slipped a disc in his back and became bored at home
he accused me of having an affair at work which i hadnt but he was so adamant i had he got me to a point where i was angry with myself and was punching myself in the face. He was treating me like crap for 6 months.
We worked it out, now ive found out for the last few months hes been smoking behind my back and threatening to beat my kids (age 10 and 6 )if they tell me, he made my life a misery over his made up affair i was having, now hes been caught out hes wont admit it,hes sleeping in our car somewhere with no money and i wont have him back till he admits what hes done and said to the kids, he always has to be in control or isnt happy, am i taking this smoking thing too serious? ive told him admit it and he can come home but he says the kids are filthy liars, i feel so sick xx

I've planned my wedding for August of 2008. I asked my best friend to be my Matron of Honor. She said yes and is very excited. (I've known her for 16 years and was her Maid of Honor.) Today, she told me that she and her husband are planning to start trying to get pregnant in November of this year - exactly 9 months before my wedding. Would it be okay for me to ask her to wait just one month to start trying? I feel rude asking her to do this, yet I really want her to be at my wedding. If she gets pregnant in November, then she may even miss the wedding!

This guy that I have not heard for about 4 weeks texted me and said that he'd missed me and that he loves me (we kind of like been seeing each other before). He says he thinks of me everynight and yet does not contact me for weeks.. I know he's lying and only saying it to get what he wants, which is sex. Anyway, we had sex on that night when he texted me and says all this wonderful things to me.. It's nice to hear it even though I know it's all crap but the fact is why the hell does he has to say things like 'i love u' and ' i think of you everynight' just for a freakin' root. Why do men says things they don't mean?...Funny thing is I texted him the next day and he's reply was like very unenthusiastic and lifeless..I feel like abusing him but then I thought I'll wait till next time he contacts me again and give it to him. I didn't regret the sex part because I wanted it too..Do you think he means what he says?. What do you think is his game?.. The phucking moronic asswipe!!!

My fiance was married for one month to this chick before he went out to sea (Navy man), when he returned 6 months later she was pregnant and admitted to cheating on him while he was at sea. So he left her (June 06) but after the child was born (and he was there for the birth) he signed the birth certificate and has been giving her $500 a month in child support to help her out. She has not had a job since they were married (early 2006) and she has lived off this $500 and stayed with her grandparents since then. Well she agreed to everything in the divorce, but before his papers got to her she filed her own (with no lawyer) and is demanding spousal support ($500) plus child support ($500)! They only lived together for one month. Can she do this? She is so smart that she put medicaid as one of the things she pays for for the baby. Clue me into that one *slap upside the head*.....anyway, do you think she can get the spousal and child support with such a short time together?

AM I Alone?

sometimes, i get this funny feeling,
it comes from deep inside.
i get so mad and angry
all i wanna do is run and hide.

my doctor calls it depression
my father says its just me.
noone will ever be able to see.

He says im psycho,
he says im weird
its as if im a different person,
the old me just faded away.

i get really upset and angry
i want to die so bad
then i get a headache
and then i start to cry.

i wish he would help

Well, a couple monthes ago my fiance got a email from his ex wifes parents saying she killed herself along with his baby that she was pregnant with, just recently he told me that she's still alive, he just found out recently also, anyway he told me that her parents just told him that so he wouldn't go for custody and what not, well I want him to go for custody because I don't believe the girl could be a good mother, her doctors have said she has the mind and ability of a 13 year old and since the child is a part of my fiance I care for it already, my fiance doesn't want to fight for custody because he's worried about me feeling bad because I'm not the mother (I grew up with certain beliefs in a very christianity family) and I know I'll feel a bit sad about it, but I want him to have his child with him, I know its important to him, what do you think I should do? leave it be or try to talk him into fighting for the child? How should I go along with it? thanks in advance for all your help

ok so my uncle is 66 to 67 years old his wife is 36 or so and they ahve a 10 yr old son the husband and wife live in the same house but never see eachother theyr realtionship is nonexistent tyhe only reason they live with eachother is for the childs sake the husband has anger issues and takes medication for it they have had many fights but he may or may not have threatened to kill her and she called the cops is the charge atempted murder? or just a threat? because he wouldnt do it but he gets angry alot and doesent know what to say bail is at 100,000 dollars wat can we do should he fight it or plead guilty and also agree to angerr management and severe counseling and increasing his medication?

btw this is in los angeles

hilarious sense of humor, has people laughing all day.
swears alot and is pretty sarcastic.
can turn it off and be very classy and sophisticated when needed.
doesnt lie and is very trustworthy and independant
hates gossip and never talks about anyone behind their back
above average intelligence
long dark brown hair, brown eyes, 5"4', fit body, tan skin, very pretty face.

and these are her flaws

she takes things too personally
she gets mad easily but also forgives easily
has been depressed on and off
contimplated suicide many times
Is really working on it and getting better

I'm tired of being a nice guy, because people take advantage of it. I'm the type thats real dependable, the one that people can call if they need something, and I'll do all in my power to make it happen. The problem is people take advantage of your kindness and expect handouts for nothing. Like a girl who called me tonight...who never calls me...asking for a favor for me to drive out an hour away and chaueffer her and her friends home. Sometimes I have a hard time saying no, because I don't wanna be an asshole. So I come up w/ excuses alot which I hate doing because I'm ussually very honest. So the question is how do you be nice and not get taken advantage of? And how do you do that without coming off as an asshole? I'm tired of doing people always asking for favors when they have done absolutely nothing for you.

There's a guy I have known for over a year. We work for the same company, only in different cities. About a year ago, we began chatting on messenger and our chats almost right away became very sexually charged...him telling me what he wanted to do to me and I to him. We chat anywhere from once every couple of weeks to 1-3 times per week, depending upon our works schedules, etc. I am really attracted to him and he really turns me on. I asked him one night if he meant the things he said; he said if he didn't mean them, he wouldn't say them. He is single and I am single. I guess my question is could he say these very sexual, personal things to me, knowing full well what I look like and what kind of person I am, if he's NOT attracted to me? I could never have these talks with a random stranger or someone I knew who I wasn't attacted to. Also, I am really getting tired of only talking about a hookup, so what would be the best way to approach the subject of a reallife hookup?? Help!

The mother tells the children she cannot afford things they want because their father is not paying his child support. He finally got tired of it, requested a print out from child support enforcement and showed it to the children. He has never been behind.

For doing that, she filed a restraining order on him, along with request for supervised vistation, at $80 an hour. It was granted on the grounds that he had abused their mother by harming her relationship with the children.

Do you agree?

Note: He was turned down for a similar restraing order, and paying an attorney to try to file a motion to bar her was estimated to cost $15,000 and would have taken 2+ years to get a hearing.
