Hello again..I would say by their actions. When you go out in public do you see his eyes wonder when a good lookin girl walks by?
If you have is undivided attention when you go out in public or maybe if your out together with his friends if he stays with you and doesnt leave you behind then he might be serious.
A guy that wants to show you off and tell everyone that your his GF holds your hand.
It really depends on the guy too.

Well, I have been with my GF 2 years near on, and I think I have only said it about 20 times or so. I only say it when i really mean it at special times, then ou have people like my friend at work who every time he says goodbye to his GF on the phone he says I love you as like a protocol.
I think it should be a rare thing, If he says it all the time or if its still early in the relationship then I wouldn't take it too seriously, unless he has been in love with you for years and years. But even then, being in love with someone and loving someone are different, or are they?

when he would die for you, do anything to just be in your presence, put you above all others. suffer any pain that you might suffer, walk any path that you walk. and even if you don't love him stand by your side.
love is something you feel deep inside your soul. And when it's true it doesn't need to be spoken. For 1 person to be in love it is infatuation , for two people to be in love it's heaven.
Years ago people always asked the meaning of true love . Today we don't bother ,we used the word as a tool to get something.
What does it matter if he's told you he loves you are you going to love him because of it , just because he's said the word.

look for the struggle
dont matter the age almost every guy
struggles when asking out a girl
well a girl that he likes
also he might stuter or get red
unless he knows you all cool
then it shouldnt be a problem for him
