How can I catch someone who is doing drugs. I mean scientificly?

I about to begin a divorce process and i want to have proff that my husband has been doing drugs. How can I proff he is with out him knowing.

hi there look if youre heading for divorce ,ask youre lawyer to get permission from the judge so that these tests are carried out above board and the court will take that seriously ,to set him up would be really hard for the court to except that ,p.i might be able to prove that he goes to a dealer ,but if youre going to divorce him i dont see why you want to go to all this hassle ......surely getting youre divorce is what is most important and making a new start for youre self is more important to you now ......good luck and take care xx

You can hire a PI to take pictures of him using.

You can surreptitiously collect a urine specimen (though how you'll accomplish this, I don't know...)

If you like in a single party recording state, (where it is legal of only one party being recorded knows and permits the recording; IE, you) you can try to get him to admit it on tape.

You can talk to people he socializes with to see if they are game to testify against him (unlikely, though).

You can follow him around and hope to collect evidence of his drug use (pictures, discarded paraphanalia, etc..)

That's about all I can think of.

first off was he using drugs when you were with him? what did you do to prevent him from using while he was with you? sounds like you only want to use his drug problem as a tool to your defense in a divorce.you are a low life if that is your intentions.

place a bag of meth somewhere where he will see it then set up a camera and BAM you've got your do it yourself catch your husband abusing drugs kit.

give him a drug test...do the hair sample test that you can order online, get some recent hair from his brush, and boom! ya got him
