If they are so ignorant that they know it's wrong yet they still don't quit the behaviour then you need to shock them into quitting the behaviour.

Shock tactic 1 (DO THE SAME to them to let them know how it feels)
Shock tactic 2 (Quit talking to them UNTIL they quit)
Shock tactic 3 (Cry on someone they know's shoulder - hopefully that someone will go to the offender and say 'QUIT THIS' )
Shock tactic 4 (Get as MANY people as you can to act offended by this person's actions)

at first I honestly couldn't understand your question, but on my second look I realise what you mean...

...obviously you have quoted no specifics, but you have said that 'they' DO know it (whatever that is) is wrong, so your question shouldn't be 'how do you make people understand'.

I believe the question, and the answer, should be that you do not need to make them know it is wrong, what you need is for them to realise WHY it is wrong.

Presumably the 'offence' is not criminally wrong (the answer to that is easy...just call the police!) but is morally wrong. If that is the case the 'wrong' you speak of is wrong because it affects other people adversly.

'They', therefore, need to be made aware of how their actions are affecting other people. If they realise it affects others they may be willing to change their own actions.

If I've got hold of the 'wrong end of the stck' (and I often do!) I'm sorry, ignore everything I've written.

If I'm right (and I am sometimes!) then hopefully my answer will help you correct the 'wrong' you are suffering.

if they know its wrong , it 's their choices to be wrong. what exactly do u want to make them understand. they already see its wrong. how about giving them some live example from someone that have had the same experience before and their result ?

By"understand" I think you mean to have them stop what they're doing. That would be having total control of someone elses life. Once yours is perfect then you can control someone else.
