Further to my question yesterday about signing legal documents I hadn't gotten a chance to read.

http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Ar_D1BejdDShea9ozXwm4gPty6IX?qid=20070623131735AAllfHv

I stood my ground and told him I wouldn't sign anything I hadn't read, and that even after reading it I may not sign it at all.

When he finally got home last night, he went up to our bedroom and removed all his clothing to the spare room and all his stuff from the onsuite bathroom to the one downstairs.

Time to see a lawyer huh? Or should I wait and let him make the first move ... this state takes into consideration things such as abandonment of the marriage and fault in general ...

Any advice?

we've been exclusively dating for more than a month now. he started sweet.. but now the sweetness is fading. i've expected that we'd already be in a committed relationship by now.. but why isn't our relationship progressing? what's he waiting for? i can't also say that he doesnt like me coz he makes effort to see me 4 times a week. but when i'm with him he's not that lively. is he just tired from work?(are men really like that when tired from work?) is he taking it slow? is he not yet ready to commit, which i doubt or he's just not that into me and is just waiting for the right time to end it? or..... am i just too paranoid? am i just expecting too much?
i am planning to talk to him and tell him no pressure, but i just want to know if this relationship is going somewhere so that i'd stop trying to analyze him and know once and for all... would that be the best thing to do?

She mentioned my bad breath, flatulence and lack of personality, but I think these are side issues. Perhaps she wants me to woo her. I did try once, i bought her a wheelbarrow, but she wasn't impressed. Please help me to patch up our relationship.
Ps. We once tried counselling, but she head-butted the guy when he asked her about our sex life.

My son (23) has basically turned his back on me again. He does this everytime he lends/asks for money and its time to pay me back.
I have now got fed up, I spoke to him, he swore at me.
I sent him text messages and he swore at me.
My question now am I wrong to demand payment this time.
It was a lot larger sum than what it has been in the past?
I am about ready to wash my hands off my son now... call me cold or blame me I have had my share.

This really hot guy friend of mine has been trying to date me for 8 years!! he is very persistant. He totally painted a prince on a white horse image in my head. I started dating him, and I was in heaven. after 2 weeks he started acting wierd and unnaffectionate. He finally told me that He did not feel romantic towards me and had no sexual feelings towards me. That I felt more like a sister to him. I was crushed. He insisted we still be friends I declined. He called me to hang out with him for 2 more weeks. I insisted he stop calling me. He finally called me the 3rd week and stated that he missed me soooo much and he was stupid for letting me go. He wanted me back. He talked for about an hour about how much he missed me. I said ok. well weve been together for 2 weeks now he never calls me EVER. and he does not seem interested when i am with him. Still unaffectionate and not sexually interested. Whats the deal??

Ok, so I am a preacher's kid and I am usually known as the good girl, the low maintenance girl. Which don't get me wrong is not a bad description but I am getting tired of doing the same old thing of wearing the same old clothes of being talked about as the girl who does everything right (which isn't exactly true but still...) Should I change? If so how would I?

Suppose you were in a company of friends, and there was a man who you did not know; and he got your e-mail address from friends and the next day e-mailed you a photo of himself, with jeans unzipped and dropped off and his pubic hair shown all the way down, exposing his crotch.
And when you remonstrated, he said that it was a "joke", to "show you how funny I am".
Is this normal?

I believe I do ask her questions but only when they naturally come. When she says that (and she's done it multiple times) I have no idea what to ask. Usually try to come up with some goofy question but still... Also she tends toward sarcasim and I don't always know what she means when she says something. Any thoughts out there on this?

I see mothers in the street getting rudely treated like she is one of their spoiled daughter contemplaries and I am thinking why is this mother taking this? Why is this mother acting like she has to bow down to her whims? Too afraid to say no or excerise authority.

My husband and I seperated 5-years ago. He find some chick on the internet. During the 5 years she has talked crap about me in front of my kids. I just don't like her for the simple fact of her being with my husband while we suppose to be working things out. My husband disowned the family for about a year and then finally got in touch with our kids.
My son graduated last thursday, having no control over who goes to the graduation she was there. I had a party yesterday at my house for his graduation and my ex-husband said I was being selfish because she is not welcome in my home. I can not help but have bad feelings when that lady is around me and surely did not want her at my house. And for my son, he does not care about her.
Was I really being selfish or is all of this about my ex-husband not being able to bring his girl friend?

Help.. I have two children that are 17 (boy) and 9 (girl) The problem is their Father and I divorced 4 years ago because of his drug abuse. He has not had alot to do with either of them ever since, even though he lives two blocks away. My son has always known the truth about the divorce and the drug use. He witnessed it many times, but now my daughter is asking alot of questons. My son has recently tried to get ahold of him and has now decieded he is done with trying and if his dad wants a relationship he can get ahold of him..He has told him he will give him one last chance, but if he does not stay in his life he is done for good. I'm unsure of how to handle it with my 9 year old daughter. He has no set visitation and might see her once a month for a hour or so, but now I'm afraid he will show up and want to be involved ( which that will not last) It never has! He has two drug charges and I'm afraid he is using again, since he recently quit his job. He does not pay CS HELP

my hall for my reception already has rectangle tables i can use for free. my father says i should rent rounds because rectangles are more banquet-like. as i'm browsing through wedding magazines, the most recent is martha stewart, i see tons of beautifully decorating rectangle tables that look great. why spend the extra money? what is your opinion?

We have been together for 3 years and everything was all good until january. Since then weve broken up twice. Now she wants to give it a third try and I dont know if I want to get hurt again. She wanted me back so bad and now that im back she has been saying im to overbearing and crave to much attention from her but she says she does want to work things out and that she is happy she just hates when im paranoid and worried. Should I try to make our relationship work one last time or just stop kicking a dead dog? She just goes through these moodswings where she wants her space and doesnt want me to give her attention or kiss her and she never used to be like this. I dont know what the hell is going on.

In getting upset about my husbands hobby....He leaves the house while I am asleep (after pulling 2 overnite shifts) to go do his hobby. I get about 2 hours of sleep, just like the day before because I have our 16 month old baby to watch. He has also and is planning another hobby related weekend. He takes off from work and spends $300-$1000 on his hobby, last time it was a event out of town, this time it is entertaining a crew of his friends at our house and providing food, beverages and refreshments for a weekend. He didn't even take a day off from work when I had our child. I work and don't EVER get to spend any money. I need work clothes but it seems we are always broke-his hobby sucked up all the money. Any suggestions?

I recently got a job at a local little caesars, and I have to tell you, I do not like it at all. The manager as well the other employees in my opinion have been rather rude to me. For one the manager seems to be bothered that I cannot make a pizza correctly. Is it really my fault. She only trained me for about ten minutes, and she started me off in the afternoon hours, on a thursday and saturday. Seems shes too impatient with me. Another thing that gets too me is that they all speak spanish, and sometimes when I know i'm doing something wrong, they laugh and talk to eachother. I do not know what they are saying. The manager also has a problem with my hair.. I get harassed everytime i go to work. Its not my fault my hair is long and layered so when I put it back, little hairs poke out. I've had about enough of this.. do you think I should just quit?
