I recently got a job at a local little caesars, and I have to tell you, I do not like it at all. The manager as well the other employees in my opinion have been rather rude to me. For one the manager seems to be bothered that I cannot make a pizza correctly. Is it really my fault. She only trained me for about ten minutes, and she started me off in the afternoon hours, on a thursday and saturday. Seems shes too impatient with me. Another thing that gets too me is that they all speak spanish, and sometimes when I know i'm doing something wrong, they laugh and talk to eachother. I do not know what they are saying. The manager also has a problem with my hair.. I get harassed everytime i go to work. Its not my fault my hair is long and layered so when I put it back, little hairs poke out. I've had about enough of this.. do you think I should just quit?

You seem like you're young, so yes, I would quit...only because being harassed is not worth it right now!

Its apparent that this is a bad fit. Quit. Next time you apply for something, go there as a customer and check things out. That might give you some clues as to the work environment.

Oh and yes it is your fault if you are making a pizza wrong. To correct the situation all you needed to do was ask to be trained again. However I have no idea why this person hired you, she doesn't seem to want you there. Cut your loses and get out.

I would. If this were a prestigious position that you had fought to get, then I would say contact your Human Resources Dept. But since it just a fast food place (not to be mean) then you can easily find another one, where they will not be so childish and mean spirited to you. Good Luck!

Sounds like you are being harrassed. I wouldn't work in a place like that. They need to be reported to the labor board.
