Would you date an older woman? If the woman is really beautiful and looks like she's in her 30's, would you date her if you found out she was really almost 50?

Ok. My friend was dating a guy and they were having a "period of silence" but he was making her walk home in the snow everyday from college (about 1/2 mile) even though she shared the cost of buying a car with him. She only had a learning permit and not a driver's license at the time. She started saying things to him (e.g. she also paid for the car) and he was giving the silent treatment. She slapped him. He walked away. She later apologized-he hugged her. Many days later, during another argument in the car he back-handed her in the face (jaw hurt for two days). In another argument she swung at his face with a LOT of momentum and shook his whole jaw when she slapped him. He lost control and hit her back many times (even in the head) and to the point that he had to give her medicine to keep her from getting swelling. His "out of control" temper gave her emotional trauma. They broke up-she left him. Now he wants to hook up with me. Should I steer clear?

My dad...step dad, freaks out sometimes and gets really mad. he has never hit me before, but he has said some pretty mean things. he calls me all kinds of names: baby, sack of *crap*, loser, f-ing liar, and thats not all. sometimes it seems like he will never calm down. he has thrown things before, but never directly at me. and he always cusses at me for the stupidest reasons. please help me. i want to know if you would consider this emotional abuse. and maybe you could tell me what you think i should do...

I'm going with my boyfriend of almost four years to his brother's wedding. The bride and groom are like family to me, and we want to do something special for them, but we're students with hardly any money. They already live together and have all the typical newlywed stuff like toasters and wine glasses. They already have the money to buy anything they want anyway, and gift cards seem lame. Ideas, please!

We are in love with one another but we have agreed not to have sex until getting married so he respected that greatly but sometimes when he talks to me I feel he is tortured by this feelings he keeps saying "You are in my mind much more than you can imagine, I dream about you every night...etc" Does it mean that I am chasing his sub-conscious? I know he is respecting me and my wish but am curious is he suffering or am I just imagining?

Some man always seems to ask how to increase the frequency of sex with his wife and people answer with romance her more (ie. flowers, dinner out, spa ... etc).

I believe sex and romance should both be freely given, because otherwise it taints the giving of it.

Why is it then that so many people answer with "get your wife stuff if you want more sex"?

Is our society so materialistic that we honestly think buy affection from our spouses with stuff?

OK, so I've been seperated from my husband for over a year now but we still hang out and try and try again but he is a horrible man and I can never be with him for more than a day or two at a time. Well, I know he's been dating and whatnot as he throws other girls names at me and sends me pictures of them and stuff (obscene ones too) and I was contacted yesterday by his most recent girlfriend.

She, I think, just wants some closure, needs to know certain things but its REALLy bothering me to hear her tell me the HORRIBLE things he did to her. I'm working on divorcing him and moving on with the shell of a life he has left me with and I've been talking to this woman for 2 days straight and I think its out of sympathy on my part but I really just don't want to talk about him, hear his name, etc.

He hurt her really bad, and not just emotionally and mentally and I feel sooo bad for her because from the sounds of it what he did to her was worse than he did to me. What to do?

There's a cute guy that goes to church with me and last night we were at bible school and our teacher made us sit together and while he was teaching the guy started rubbing my thigh and when I looked over at him he just started smiling and he asked me if he was hurting me so I told him no and he kept doing it.I'm going back tonight and I really want to know if he likes me.Does he?

We've had several arguments since our only baby was born nine months ago, but I never thought that he could stop loving me. He said that it's nothing to do with our fights or me or anything I've done, but that he just realized one day that he didn't really love me anymore. Our second anniversary was just a few days ago. We're only 25, I don't want my marriage to end. I love him more than anyone on the planet. The only thing he could have said to hurt me any more would be that our baby had died.. I don't know what to do. Is it possible to love someone again once you don't anymore? We're both Christian's and he's always said that he doesn't believe in divorce, but when I was crying and told him I didn't want to live without him, he started to say "You'll have to" but stopped himself and said, "I know". When I say I love you, he just says, "I know you do" I don't know what to do. I said we needed counseling, but he said that a counselor can't fix your heart and make you love someone

My friend just came home from overseas and said that almost everyone slept with the foreign women and prostitutes. Are military wives stupid enough to think their man is faithful?

i am happily married now, and me and my husband adore eachother.
some years back i was in love with a guy and it had been going on for 5 years. he was a great guy and we were planning to get married.
then suddenly he died in an accident. it totally shattered me but i managed to get over it, or atleast i thought i had.
i married because of my parents and never thought that i would fall in love with my husband or that ill be this happy.
its kind of making me feel guilty that i have this life and the guy died so young without enjoying anything in his life.
my husband has no idea about this and i have no plans to tell him. he is happy and i want to keep it that way.
please tell me how to get rid of this guilt.
thank you.

How do I break up with a fella who works too much and trying to save to move with you, but all you hear are excusses about why they could not be there? weather, or either had to buy new tire because the one on the vehicle went flat, or had to fix the monitor or the PC crashed. Or like with his one job kept everyone to pick up the slack for loosing a deptartment and the roadswere too icy???

OK, here's the facts. Have been invited for noon wedding with a reception at 6 p.m. to follow. We found out through the grape vine what was being served for dinner. Dinner is to be a 'Sub' style dinner with a cash bar. 'Sub' as in those big 3-4 ' long submarines along with a veggie only for those who require the meatless accomodation. The invitations requested a $ value to help the couple out. HELP...

Everyday!! he looks at porn like it's a habit. I think it has become his addiction. But I'm still not sure. I mean it might be normal if the guy doesn't have a gf right? But I am his girlfriend and he can do me instead of masturbating, why still do it?

Also my sex drive is not as high as his. I have noticed that and I told him earlier in the relationship that maybe this relationship is all about sex (we had sex since the first day of relationship!). So I guess that's why he doesn't want to bother do me everyday. But after I found out about porn and stuff. I told him he can do me whenever he wants. But he still looks at porn and jacks off everyday!!!

Is this normal? Should I fix it? How often is healthy for a guy to masturbate per week?

Our sex life is awesome. We always come together. But maybe I'm just not enough for him still? He loves to look at big boobs girls on the internet. I have small boobs.

Does it have anything to do with love? We've been together for about 6 months.
