My friend has a cousin that lives overseas and cannot move down to the states because of the problems here and the only way that she can get down here is by marriage. Her family paid him $20k to marry her and we know its fake so I don't have to worry about loving her and that crap.

The reason why he took the $20k because he was in some huge debt and now most of the $20k helped his financial problems. Now the thing is that they said that we would have to stay married for at least 2 years before divorce.. He somewhat regrets marrying her because of that 2 year deal even though the money helped him.

Me and my sister are not really close when comes to personal lifes of our own. Out of the blue, last week she mentioned that she wanted to get marry at the age of 23 this coming nov. As a big sister, I cant take the blow. It was just too sudden. Even though we are not that close, I still gonna miss her presence around. Worse still, she did not even inform me about her big day. Let alone my family members. Dont know why they treated me like stranger. I didnt do anything at all. I want respect coz I got pride and gonna lose face when relatives will start to ask when I'm getting married as I'm in the late 20's. I feel so sad and felt neglected. I felt alone and I poured out my feelings to my bestfriend. I cried everyday and seemed to lost my focus in life. I learn to hate my family since they have been keeping lots of secrets behind my back whereby as part of the unit, I have the right to be involve in the family affair. I'm ignoring everyone and cant face them at home.

My boyfriend of 4 years is going out of town to the lake to camp with family at at a family reunion. Well.. I didn't want to go because I hate camping and i am not that much of an outdoors person. He's only gonna be gone for 2-3 days and it seems stupid but it feels like I wont see him for a long time. We do everything together 24/7 and I feel lost without him. to...cry at somebodys funeral?? I have to go, ok I don't have to I choose to, go to a funeral of a dear friend tomorrow...and I feel like crying a lot, but when I was 11 my cousin told me that it was not a good thing to cry, he said I had to be strong for the grown ups and other grandkids of my grandad who were crying... I was the only one who was tough enough and brave enough to not cry, I haven't cryed at a funeral since..and this time I think I might...I don't want to let anybody down, for me crying...I don't know if its ok to..


Is it ok to cry at a funeral when you've been told by someone you trust and look up too says you should be tough and not cry..??

P.S. I'm 14 now.

my gf, which am attached to now, had a history sleeping with guys, that’s what makes me feel insecure, she slept with 3 of her ex bf’s shortly after they met (after 2 or 3 dates) even before they are officially couple, she slept with 3 guys she used to know while she was a away in another country, by claiming she was drunk (she used to say where she sleeps with them, like one on the beach..etc). Anyway i do love her very much, and i feel like she does to, but some of her sms’s, say "i want to satisfy you sexually, cause i love you very much!) Does that mean she is for lust, or she loves me and have lust for me, I get very confused sometimes, imaging that she might have lust for a guy out of a sudden sleep with him then break-up with me!, she says im different because I dint make a move on the first few dates, till we got officially in relationship we got physical. I dated my now husband for 5 months and we've been married for 8 months. We are happy and get along for the most time - like normal families do, BUT once a week, ever since we got married, we woudl get into a fight. Regardless how small the issue is, I decide that we are not compatible and I want to break up and leave. I met him right after I broke up with my ex of 3.5 yeas, and I suppose I feel like I had a better connection with my ex and when we fight I keep comparing them. I really want this marriage work. What should I do to stop this idiotic behaviour. I am 42 and I should know better. I know... therapy.. but I need some advice. He really loves me , I love him too. We are very different in our level of education and upbringing and circumstances. I like to read, he woudln't read, he would rather watch TV, I have a grown up child in college, he has an 8 years old. But we do get along and I love talking to him and he is the most loving caring man I have ever met.

Since I have been divorced my ex husband rarely makes child support payments. Most of the time he avoids going to work by claiming an injury and going on medical leave. He travels with his fiancee on several vacations throughout the year and has two automobiles. When he does work his employer sends less than half what the court ordered. I do well financially. Ex wants to start a new business venture. He claims the child support back payments are showing up on his credit report. Now ex will have a hard time getting a loan for business. Last year I waived many thousands of dollars in back child support to keep him out of jail. Now he wants me to waive many more thousands to keep his credit clean and him out of jail. Ex spends very little time with kids and seldomly calls them. I am still very close with his mother and sister and do not want to upset them. Any advice on keeping the peace and avoiding a fight with my ex over child support payments this time?
