I would mention it to the authorities.

Well there is obviously something going on. Being in law enfrocement, I can offer this. Save the notes he gives you for one. Second try to identify the car he drives and possibly the license plate #. There is no law with a guy sitting in a car across the street, but if he is tresspassing, then you need to get with your local police and have it documented and this way for the next few nights, a patrol unit can come and make extra rounds in your neighborhood. DO NOT APPROACH HIM!! Since he has been giving you threat letters, use the buddy system and DO NOT leave the house alone! Do not give the signal that you are home alone too. Monitor your phone calls and write down any numbers that show up on your caller ID that you do not know. GO CALL THE POLICE!! Give them all the information you have so they can help you! if you need more advice you can email me if you need to.

Call the neighborhood watch or the police department and say there is a suspicious man watching you in your home and you've recieved theating letters. They need to know so they can protect and watch over you. Don't treat this lightly. Carry mace with you, or some form of protection and never be alone at night. Lock your doors and windows...keep a weapon near your bed, just in case.
It's only after the fact something happens that people get aware...you need to make sure nothing bad happens...please be causicious. Take care.

call the police. dont wait until it's to late. this could be a stalker or somebody who has a vendetta against you. the cops will be better equipped to deal with these things. go stay with someone for the moment. dont be giving away your number or new address to just anybody. instead of spending hours worying about it, do some self-defense exercises. this will not only keep you fit but will help you out in the eventuality that he attacks you. these people normally go after those they feel they can control. try to be tough for yourself and for your mom. i'm praying for you.

Why don't you tell your mom about it and call the police? You can't handle this problem on your own. You gotta call the authority immediately! And don't forget to keep the threat notes that he wrote. It'll be a good evidence on the court.

Oh my goodness--you should be calling the police instead of Y!A. I have no idea if someone wants to kill you--he could just be tossing off in his car, but nevermind...let the police check it out. Get his plates and description too.
Yes, Fear is a gift. Use it as such to keep yourself safe.

Call the police. Its their job to protect you. I hope you are not makeing this up... it sounds like your mom should have enough common sense to call the cops and this is a sad attempt for attention. If you really are in danger get yourself the proper help right away.
