If you really liked a woman but were really in debt due to a series of various bad luck events, would you pursue her (or be too embarrassed about your situation and wait until you were financially stable?

I'm thinking about sending her this message on Friday.

"Just wanted to say Hi! Call me if you want to talk. My phone number is 555-999-5525."

We talked online since she's out of town, but she hasn't replied to me for two weeks. I remembered she doesn't really like talking online that much and prefers talking to me on the phone. She also might have been going through some stress at the time so she didn't really want to talk. I'm planning on sending the message one week after my last one, which is in two days. Then I remembered girls don't like guys that are to nice, and she said she likes thugs. At the same time, she's said I'm a "good boy" and not a thug, but she seems to actually like that about me. I don't want to seem too nice, but I think she already knows I'm a nice guy. If she likes me, (a lot of people say she does) I must be an exception to her liking thug types. If that's the case then I should be ok right? Now that I think about t, she has told me things she likes about me.

My fiance and I are from 2 different cities. Hes from chicago and im from a small city in Ohio. Hes a city boy and im a country girl. Dispite those differences we get along quite well...we just accept that we are different. However we do often disagree on where to live when we are married. I wans to live here because the cost of living is cheaper, and in Chicago it is outrageous. I also would not mind living there because his parents will be there for our kids and mine would not. (i was raised by my grandparents). I want my children to have grandparents around... but is it worth the cost of living in Chicago?

My boyfriend and I haven't seen eachother for such a long time because of summer break. My friends keep on sending me pranks from bored.com, and the pranks saying he dosent like me, and stuff like that. I am VERY gullible, so I keep falling for them, and i keep yelling at my boyfriend since i dont know what my friends are sending me are pranks. And recently, this happened again, and I said i hated him. Do you know anyway for me to make it up to him? ( i already told him the whole story, but when he reads the message that says i hate him, i'm scared he might be really mad at me for ever saying that. please help me!

My wife and I are getting divorced. It's in the process and we go to the lawyers next Monday. I think it will be final then. I've been seeing this wonderful new lady (the woman I left my wife for---being honest here) and she wants to have kids. I do to, but I don't want to until we're married. I'm gonna propose to her on her B-day next month. I have two daughters from my soon to be ex wife and I don't want to make them feel awkward, but I really want to get my lady pregnant this year. How long should we wait? I'm 33 and she's gonna be 29. She has no kids.

My divorce was finalized in February. I didn't ask for child support because of guilt in addition to the fact that he gets the kids for 4 hours on Tues and Thurs and then every other weekend so it SEEMED like the time was split equally. It's not and anyone who has kids knows that the more time they're with you, the more money you spend.

My ex splits doc copays, prescriptions and any extra-curricular activities the kids might be involved in, but even at that I have to ask him repeatedly to pay up.

As a result, I just want to go to court, ask for a flat amount of child support per month and be done with it. There are two problems with this: Foremost, even though the kids live with me and we have joint conservertership, in Texas you have to name a primary guardian. My ex is the primary guardian. Secondly, I've heard that in Texas you have to wait 3 years to go back to court to change the custodial agreement, etc. Is there any truth to this!

i have been reading some of these women with marriage problems and im sad and the answers from other women are even more depressing. I mean have women became so selfish and uncaring to men and children? I can remember my mother and father had problems but they worked it out for me and my sisters at least till we were all grown. It seems that the "2 paychecks are better than one" has outnumbered the "till death do us part" and "for better and worst"
I mean im no angel im divorced but my ex wife did not want to work at anything and maybe im a little one sided but it seem with the women of today early 20's and 30's if something gets a little tough they give up so easy
someone that is objective answer this for me?

My husband is a Police Officer. And yes they do lie big time. He's been talking with a high school friend for about 6 yrs. I ask him why didn't he tell him about her. he said because I didn't feel like it. she's just a friend. I have been finding cues here and there. naked pictures of girls he took a couple of pictures of himself as well. I personality think that my husband is just as sick. He's got an addition. Lately think have been out of control. I want a divorce. I told him I deserve better. I need someone to treat me with respect and to love me.As long as I been married to my husband he never knew how to tell me that he love me. Oh other thing. We have not had any intercourse togther. for about 4 yrs. I wonder why. Probably because he was to busy seeing someone else or getting from someone else. My mother in low got very sick so me and my wife decided to take care of her and so we brought her to england where we leave, soon she ended up in the hospital and a few months later doctors told us she was about to die. We knew that she wanted to be next to her family grave so we decided to sent her back to her country and so make her last wish become true. It took 15.000 pounds to move the body in there including several seats on the plane, ambulance, doctor fees and on and on. Last year however we got separated for different reasons and we both agree that we would share the debts we made as the decision of clearing off the credit cards was taken from both, and especially I did it with my heart. Now I'm with this other woman for the last 6 months and she beleave I should dump the debt on my ex wife as, after all, she was not my mother and we could use that money to have a better life and also plan to have a baby next year. Is it immoral or should just think about money?

I'm a bachelor and I work long hours in my office. I am NEVER home, but when I walk through the door, I am just embarassed at how non-tidy it is. I absolutely HATE straightening up the place, but it's just not me to have things this disorganized. I'll devote a day to it and it'll look great, but then it'll be maybe 2 weeks before I spend more than an hour of non-sleeping time there and it just turns out messy again. and piles up. I know this sounds scrubby, but I'm really asking for suggestions. Are there ANY tips that you can offer that will just help me stay on top of this with so little time to do it? A little bit at a time? Housekeeper (would prefer not to.) Girls, how do you always seem to find time to clean. Being a bachelor, I guess I don't have any particular motivation to please myself by keeping it clean, much less a family. Friends/girls are never over, either. Embarrassedly asking for help....

Last night my cousin’s b/f was killed in a car accident. He was 25. Today, his family and my cousin are making arrangements. They have no clue as to what he wanted. Cremated or buried.
Songs or not.

I remember as early as 10, telling my parents that if I died before they did that I want to be an organ donor and to be cremated.

Just got me thinking, how early is too early to plan for your funeral? 18? 16? 10? 8?

Just your opinions?

I'm housesitting for my friend's parents. My friend wants to leave her 13 year old there during the day while I am at work because he is bored at home. I told her that the last time she did that, he left the house and especially the room I use a total disaster and even threw all my things on the floor. I told her I would prefer to not have her leave her son there. Am I being evil or am I justified? She is very angry with me. :(

i need confidence. People are always constanly putting me down and making me feel like crap. They pass comments cause i'm skinny, that i'm slow(takes me long to understand something) and they always get away with saying anything to me. It hurts me and i just feel like yelling at them but i can't. I know it's so dumb but i always think of a good comeback after the situation and miss my opportunity. So any suggestions to gain confidence or anything? THANKS:)

My best friend cheated on her boyfriend over the winter, causing the end of their relationship. She was overwhelmed with guilt over her one night fling, and vowed she'd change. She eventually started dating a good friend of my boyfriend, and we all thought everything was spiffy... until she cheated on him too (this means two within a 6 month period). Now I feel like I can't trust her at all... yet she didn't cheat on me ever, nor did she ever give me specifically a reason not to trust her... how does one react in this situation?

I am getting married in about a year and I have a little problem. My family is straight up mexican, into the cowboy hats, dancing, mexican music and everything else mexican. My boyfriend on th eother hand is straight up white and his family is too. They arent into the dancing, loud music or anything else. I have a date tomorrow with my girlfriend. its our first date. i really like her so im kinda nervous.
