Okay, first of all is there any reasons as to why you are freaking out that she is coming.
1. How old are you?
2. Is it because you are a lil embarrassed of how your house looks like or how your family is going to react that you are freaking out?
(In otherwords, be more detailed as to why you are freaking out is it because she scares you when you two are alone, like moves too fast on you?)
If you dont want for her to go to your house because you feel like shes moving on too fast just tell her that you want to take it a lil slow. Or just say how you dont want to bring over any girlfriend because your mom is automatically going to assume you have marriage in mind, etc.

Hopefully, you're not freaking out cause the place is a mess.
If so.. get your booty to work! You don't want her to show up and your cover is blown!
Other than that... offer her something to drink and maybe rent a movie that you both might like.
If she's your girlfriend, you should be comfortable around her to just hang.
Maybe go outside and listen to her talk... ask her questions. Easy stuff.

Too little info to go on, what would be reason for freaking out?
Are You still home with Parents?, or have Own place, which In that case, you would think you would 'want' her to....if she is your real g.f., only normal. Pride, or Pressure of embarrass-ment? Clean/untidy? Or afraid things will get too serious?, If not ready for that type of 'activity', then politely explain that you feel uncomfortable at this time, explain if necessary, but she should honor your wishes, either way....need more info.

And why is it a problem for her to come over to your house? If your room is messy - eh, get over it, there are worse things. Like a meth lab. If you're covering for something, by all means, freak out. Knowing that you'll lose her in the process.
