No, I think you are being smart. You learned what he was like already, and how disrespectful he is. I would not allow it. You are performing a service for her PARENTS, not HER. Tell her to take him somewhere else. It's not up to you to keep her son entertained. Put it back on her!

Wow! It appears that your daughter is very mature and has good morals for her age! Congrats on actually being a parent who raises they kid the right way! Now, about your question... If you have a gut feeling that he hanging out with these girls is a bad idea, then don't let her. But also keep in mind, don't be too over-protective. We can't shelter our children from everything. She may give in to peer pressure, but everyone learns from there mistakes and experiences! Good luck!

She shouldn't be angry with you since you told her the reasons behind your decision. Why is his home any different than the place you're housesitting at? She just doesnt' want him trashing her house. Tell her she can be angry all she wants but your decision is final. She'll get over it eventually.

Why does she want to leave him there?!
If he gets bored at home, he'll get more bored in a strangers house. Do they have a pool or something?
No you aren't being evil. I don't get why she wants him alone in a strangers house and not his own.
Boredom is not a good enough reason.

Sure, easy for her, until he burns down the house you are watching. Too bad if she is mad!

I don't blame you I wouldn't let him stay either. You don't know what the kid will do. She will just have to get over it.
