my gf and i are 9 hrs apart . she is driving to me today and then driving tomorrow back home.wood it b easier fo rme to fly up on certain days or the weekend.. so we can spend time with each othher ... and each other swap weekends to see each other..or is the odds too much against us?

I am married, have been for a year. I am bisexual and my husband of course has always known this. I went on vacay recently to visit my "girlfriend" (yes my husband didnt care), he said he was fine with it as long as it wasnt some random girl (ive known her for 6 years). So me and her did our thing, I come back, tell him everything of course and now he doesnt want me to do it again.....ever. What changed his mind? And am I the one in the wrong for doing this?

my ex keeps on coming up to me and expecting me to talk to him even though iv told him i don't want anything to do with him anymore...it lasted 3months but only cos i didnt have the confidence to break up with him (i hated him after 2 days!!!!)
I never kissed him or anything and avoided him wheneva possible but hes desperate for attention from me and ITS ANNOYING -im still in school and im not interested in a serious relationship wiv anyone-he expects me to fall in love with him but I HATE HIM!!!!!!

My ex and I had been together for a year, but we've recently been broken up for a little bit over a month.

During our breakup he inidcatd no signs that he still wanted to be with me. I had been intimate with one person once and I told him that truth. Since then he said that We had no chance becuz of that.

Earlier in the week now he decided that I do have a chance. So I AM making the eoffrt. We talk on and off the phone a good bit I guess, more than before. But our convos seem to be dry and lacking much. We talk about our days and then it seems theres nothing more to talk about. What kind of convos. can I start that will keep us talking?

Also, we haven't seen each other in person in over a week, I would Like that very much but he always seems to be busy.

Please help, any ideas or suggestions???

We broke up basically becuz I was 'never by his side" during our relationship. and he was always there for me. But i want to show and PROVE to him that I am and will be!

we married and seperated 6 months later. I filed for divorce 2 years later. At the time I told the judge my husband is not the father of my then 2 yr old son. He court ordered my husband to take and pay for a paternity test. This was 15 years ago and he finally did it, now that my son is almost 17. Now that the test is done is my divorce still valid?...or do I have to start all over again and come up with all of that money again?..I live in Michigan.

I have 3 children (boy15, girl13, and boy10). The 15 y/o has been cursing, been difficult to live with lately. We moved in with my fiance in Nov. The fiance has always taken a passive role in disciplining; in fact he does better than I do at times. Lately my 15 y/o son has been calling the fiance names (ie: "you're such an ******", "I don't like you", "You're annoying", and the worst, "F off"). The latest argument (last night) included all of the above mentioned explicatives. Last night fiance stated he didn't want "that kid" back in his house. He said, "As God as my witness I don't want that kid back here in MY house. So you're going to have to do something about it, move out, whatever." He refuses to talk about it as he is too angry, but as a Mom, I have to stand by my children. I'll HAVE to move out if he's genuinely serious. We've gone to counseling already. now what....?

I just filed for divorce 2 weeks ago and the lawyer called me yesterday to let me know I had to pay $165 a week for one child. I about fell outta my seat....$660 a month!!!!! I make a yearly salary of $44,000. I know a guy that only pays $450 for two kids but I don't know how much he makes, I know he works for the state. But the lawyer told me the laws on child support has changed. Did the laws change? Does this sound accurate? Why so much? It's gonna be hard for me to pay my own bills plus drive 200 miles to get him every other weekend!!!! HELP??

My friend went through a divorce 2yrs ago. Her ex got remarried(to his mistress) and is fighting for sole custody of their ten year old son. Her orginial divorce seems to be doing just enough to prevent malpractice. She need a lawyer who will fight tooth and nail. He was the custodial parent of their two teenage sons. The ex had been in a psych ward during their marriage and her present lawyer did not bring this up in the original divorce hearing because he said that would have no barring on the case. (If her ex wins sole custody, can he move to Canada? Those are his plans.) Please help. It would be great if you presonnaly used the lawyer.

My sister & brother in law have recently separated after a rocky 20 year marriage. My sister has coped really well, bought her own place, new job, new start.....my brother in law however has really shocked me. We were all really close and he knew there were no bad feelings towards him at all but he has just distanced himself completely. I have a young son who is their ownly nephew and he has not tried to see him at all. I kept contacting my brother in law but he would never call back and always had excuses for seeing us. I just find it hard to understand how he can go six months without phoning once. My son has now stopped mensioning his Uncle and i just feel i shouldnt bother with him either. I did my best to keep contact but he hasnt made the slightest effort at all. It's his birthday today but i have decided not to send a card. Do you think i'm doing right? I'm not gonna change my mind now, just interested in what others would do in that situation.

we do everything together. i'm afraid that she doesn't want to get involved with me yet as i have just filed for divorce with my ex, but at the same time she permisses me to sleep over at her house, on a different bed, when she sleeps necked! we dp EVERYTHIN TOgether and so the compatability is there, i've just been taking it slow. we haven't even held hands. she told me to never ever talk to my ex again and to file asap, which i have. why is she just wanting to be friends? it's driving me nuts. if i just stop calling her for a while, would she miss me to a point that she'd think that she is loosing me and will want more? p.s. ignore the avatar, it's not my p.c. any serious advice would be helpful. also she runs around her living room with just her underwear on in front of me and it drives me crazy as i am not a barbarian. she also knows that i'm buying her an expensive necklace next week made by a designer who makes then from real flowers and clear acrylic paint for protection

I have suspicions that my new boyfriend has another girlfriend. I don't have enough room to type the whole situation out, but he's been acting all avoidy and weird, and was apparently sick all last week and had to go to the hospital and everything, so he couldn't hang out. Also, I am not allowed to go to his apartment because his name isn't on the lease and apparently his psychotic female roommate won't let him have any girls over. So anyways, we were supposed to hang out Monday night, but I got a call from him and he said that he couldn't because his dad was having surgery the next day and he was going to have to visit him. (I live about 40 minutes away and he was just going to stay the night) I was getting fed up with his crap, and told him we needed to talk. Now he is claiming that his dad went into shock during surgery and is now in a coma. Is this believable? Should I trust him? Would a guy actually lie about this if he thought you were going to break up with him???

The quickest way to make my girlfriend a permanent resident of my country is to marry her. Otherwise, we may not get to stay together. But we are not yet prepared for marraige, we have only been dating 6 months and are only 25 years old.

We are thinking of marrying in a registration office to enable us to be together. But we want to keep this secret as we want a proper church marraige in a few years time.

What are the implications of getting legally married now; will we still be able to get married in a church in the future? I am Catholic and she is not a member of any church (Chinese).

Ive been with my partner for 4 1/2 years, I finished him 3 weeks ago yesterday as I thought we werent getting on & were wanting different things. (im 21 and he is 39). He begged & pleaded on his knees & cried for me to give it another go, so I have done. I then felt I had let myself down as I didnt stick to my guns. I told him i eventually wanted kids and marriage which he was against having kids but told me he'd give me one and marry me, which my responce was that i cant do that to him, let him give me something he doesnt want isnt fair. I have now planned to leave him on 6th July (set a date as this is the only time I can move) my plan was to leave him a note as i cant bear to see him go through that again, I love him but I want to go out & have a good time, not worry about having to be home for someone else. The sparks gone, I think were more like mates but the longer im drawing this out the weaker im becoming and am losing my backbone to do this. Advice please.................!xx

I just got my heart broken by a girl I was with but the problem is Im really feeing pain in my chest.This is not the first time.When I frist got my heart broken by my first love when I was 16 I felt this same pain in my chest.Couple other times I got hurt,I felt this pain.Even when My Dad and My grandmother died I had chest pains.Now at 28,Im going through the worst heartbreak ever.Last night I kept waking up because my chest was hurting.Its not so much when Im just sad or stressed but when Im hurting with the thought of loosing someone or having lost someone.Should I go to the doctor.
