I just got my heart broken by a girl I was with but the problem is Im really feeing pain in my chest.This is not the first time.When I frist got my heart broken by my first love when I was 16 I felt this same pain in my chest.Couple other times I got hurt,I felt this pain.Even when My Dad and My grandmother died I had chest pains.Now at 28,Im going through the worst heartbreak ever.Last night I kept waking up because my chest was hurting.Its not so much when Im just sad or stressed but when Im hurting with the thought of loosing someone or having lost someone.Should I go to the doctor.

Well heart ache definitely is felt in the chest, but it's physically tolerable. If it wakes you up and hurts it's something else so yes get it checked, after that see a counsellor, by 28 years old you should start maturing in the way you deal with things, but you could just have an anxiety problem

I think you have anxiety pains. Stress causes very real, physical symptoms. But I still think you should see the doctor to be sure that's what it is. I also think you need to try some light exercise. Walking is a great way to relieve stress and depression, and it brings more oxygen to your brain and body. Ask God to give you strength and wisdom to get you through this difficult time. Life has it's ups and downs, but I think as you get older it gets easier. You have my sympathy for your recent heart ache.

you should probably go to the doctor chest pain can be serious. However it may be brought on by stress/ anxiety. I have had pain in my chest in the past from anxiety. But you should definetely see a doctor better to be safe than sorry

Try closing your eyes and breathing slowly and deeply until you fall asleep...just breath in and slowly breath out.....you will be much more relaxed....

Also a councellor will help you a lot to understand your problem and deal with it.....

no U SHOULD FIND A FRIEND WHO WILL LISTEN AND MAKE SURE THEY ARE A TRUST WORTHY PERSON AND WILL HELP U THROUGH URE PAIN. BE HONEST WITH YOUR PARTNER THAT U ARE TALKING TO SOMEONE, DONT DUE IT BEHIND THEIR BACK IT CAUSES MORE HARM
