The other day I said to mine "It's just too hot to wear clothes today," as I stepped out of the shower, "honey, what do you think the neighbors will say if I do?
"They'll probably think I married you for your money," she replied quick as a flash.

trust me that you do not know the meaning of the word mean if this is the type of thing you are talking about. I will give you an example. Several days ago I was cleaning the bathroom in my house, I do all the housework in my house really and plus I work during the day so often I am tired at night. We live in a small apartment and it is not that hard to clean but for some reason I always miss this one spot on the floor behind the door in the bathroom. I have done this 3 or 4 times. The other day when I did it my dear Lisa had me clean it over but naked but that was not the problem. She had me mix ammonia and clorox together in a bucket and she insisted I leave the door closed this time. We have no windows in the bathroom. Within minutes my eyes were burning and watering to the point I could barely see. Then it felt as if my throat was closing up it burned very bad as did my nose and sinus. It was overwhelming and I tried to get out by my wife stayed by the door holding it closed and told me to finish. I felt panic and like I was going to pass out. I got a few breaths from under the door but when Lisa realized I was doing this she kicked the door and told me to not do that again. I somehow managed to finish without throwing up or passing out and when I told her I was done she finally let me out. I felt like I was going to die all I could do was lie in the hallway and try to breath for sometime. Eventually it passed but my throat burned for over a day. Lisa did nothing to help me in fact she told me I was a baby and to get over it.

Sounds like she is quick-witted and has a slightly sarcastic sense of humor. Please don't take her comment seriously! Laugh, and be glad that you have a wife who can make you laugh! Watch her in other situations and with other people and I bet you will see that humor showing up all the time. If you catch it and laugh in other situations, maybe you will be able to appreciate it even when it's directed at you! A person who can laugh at themselves is a person who enjoys life and knows better than to take themselves too seriously.

Unless ya'll were arguying before the shower, I'd say she is just kidding. Think of it like this; she married you didn't she????? How's ya'lls sex life? There's always room for improvement. That goes for BOTH spouses . . . Its not always him . . .
