Im having the same problem myself! my dad lives in the USA though! i tried google first just typed in his name, it would help if you have a bit more info... any ideas where abouts he might be, maybe where he went to school, his age anything like that! Good luck hun its very frustrating!

have you tried 192.com you can search the full country, and it also tell's you the names of other occupants in the house.

go on to WWW.PEOPLEFINDER.COM(NOT CASE SENSETIVE). all you have to do is type in his age, b-day, and first and last name. It may show a few different people older or younger than what you typed in.
