umm did you ever hear the carry underwood song,
before he cheats?
i say you do what she says..
"I dug my key into the side of his pretty little suped up 4 wheel drive, carved my name into his leather seats, took a louisville slugger to both headlights, slash a whole in all four tires."
aha. To me revenge is always the best feeling of recovering from a broken heart. I'm not sure what this guy did to you, but hes probably an a@s anyway, lol. your better off without him, move on and find something better that will treat you better. as for your broken heart, look for comfort in your family and friends, and wait it out =]

Hey!
I know how you feel, almost anybody can relate to you!
The best thing is staying busy! when your constantly doing stuff you do not have the time to think about him. Hang out with friends, read a book, watch movies, go exercice. Time will make the pain go away. But for now focus on you, take this time to do stuff you couldnt do when he was around.
The best medicine is another guy, but you dont wanna rush into things just because ur looking for a rebound!
Be patient and when you feel like crying let it allll out youll feel better but wutever you do, dont just stay in bed thinkin about him!
Good luck

The perfect prescription medication for a broken heart is this....
Take one Hershey Kiss by mouth every half hour.
Ha! Seriously, chocolate will lift your mood. OR, you can do what I do... Eat chocolate and watch those super sappy Lifetime movies. I sit there and cry and sob and throw my tissues at the television... Then, I get up, go take a bubble bath, have a glass of wine. You'd be amazed what a good cry, some chocolate and a little time indulging in self-pity will do for you.

Aww, my wishes to you. Move on, sweetie - you can do better.
However, chocolate and ice cream release certain cells in your brain that help you to be happy. This is a proven fact.
But you don't need to spend your time eating the pain away. Join friends, go out, meet new people. Do the things you love to do. Treat yourself to something like a pedicure, or a dinner with your best friend(s). If you spend all of your time focusing on him, it won't make him come back, and you'll still feel rotten. There will be plenty of other guys for a sweet girl like you! You can't find love - it will find you.
*hugs* It really doesn't take the right "meds". It takes the strength to move on. Never forget that. :o)
XOXO,
Laurie

well i had mine broken 7 times by the same guy. & now i look back at it and i couldnt believe how stupid i was 2 take him back so many times. So don't make that mistake. Forget about him. You gave him a second chance and thats all he deserves. Find someone new that will treat u better & respect ur heart.
Good Luck!

Best thing to do is try and keep yourself busy. Spend a lot of time doing the things that make you happy. Spending time with friends, family, or doing some kind of hobby. Also keep in mind that you are better than the guy that hurt you. Keep your head up high and do not settle for just any guy, pick the guy that you are head over heels in love with and he feels the same for you. Only pick some one that treats you the way you deserve to be treated. Best of luck!!

The heart is broken for love or desire? Find it first.
Love means willing sacrifice so there is no pain in true love but yeah, if its ones desire then heart breaks and it is always painful.
I hope my statement would help you diagnose the nature of asked disease, so once the disease is detected then 90% of it is cured, rest is done by the medicine.
Hints: True love does not need any medicine as the guys pleasure would be your pleasure too. And for desire... humm…. one can try self-manipulation of the private parts by some artificial or natural means :) replacement of the guy might be another alternative.

The first step is to make up your mind that you will not let him do it to you again. If he broke your heart twice he probably will do it again if you let him.
The next step is time. It is the best meds for a broken heart. It works so well that it can even remove any scars as if it never happened.

There is no meds for a broken heart my dear.
The only cure is to accept that to love is to hurt and keep close what you learned from the other because you will always carry that with you. The more you love the more you hurt but the pain is always worth it.

Two teaspoons friends, 1 cup support, 2 gallons time.
What I'm trying to say is there's no med for a broken heart, but with great friends on your side, lots of support and time, you'll make it there. Good luck.
