My husband got upset at me for just "looking at my ex-boyfriends myspace page." I thought that it wasn't a biggy considering that I'm married." He feels as though I should careless and makes the comment that "I have still have something for him" which I don't have anything for him because he cause a lot of stress in my life. I was just looking as I do with other pages. I broke up with my ex b/f at the end of 2003!

Recently, a dear friend called to explain that her Mother may be getting a job in her department. Although she understands that after her Mom's downsizing, she really wanted to get back to work. However, my friend is concerned because she feels that her Mom working in her same dept., may be a little to close-for-comfort. Although she loves her Mom, she feels that this may not be a good move. What should she do? Her Mom is partially excited about the opportunity BUT has admitted that if it will be a problem for her daughter she will continue to look elsewhere. Do you think my friend is being selfish or should be concerned? How would you handle this?

My b/f and I have been friends for about ten years now. I met him through his brother, whom use to be my b/f when we were younger. About 6 yrs ago, my b/f and I hooked up and dated for awhile until his guy friends were telling him lies of me to him, which ending our relationship and friendship for about a yr. When we became friends again it was alot of hard work to get to where we are now, best friends again!! yeah!! but here is the kicker...i do like him more than friends. ok i love the guy!! adore everything about him, im honest with him, can talk to him about ANYTHING, we are ourselves with one another and its comfortable. within the last 6 yrs he has only dated one person and i on the other hand have had about 4 different guys in and out of my life. i spent 2 yrs of those yrs alone trying to prove to him that i could be alone and that all i wanted was him. i have told him that i still care for him and LOVE him. but he wont give me a second chance. what can i do?? what can i say??

So, here's the thing: I'm a freshman in college, living on-campus. I am taking a break from college next year (don't try to dispute this, I'm not changing my mind).

I've known this guy since my junior year in high school, and we were really close friends. I hadn't talked to him in months, but just yesterday I called him to catch up, and later we hung out. Well, we basically went through our life stories of the past few months, and I told him about my plans.

Before yesterday, my only option for this summer was to go down to my grandparents' house, where I lived in high school, about an hour away. All my friends live up here, in the city I'm in now.

My friend has an apartment, and he offered me to live with him this summer. It would only be until I'm able to make enough money to get my own place.

My boyfriend got really upset and told me that it bothered him because he doesn't know him very well. He "changed his mind" today and told me he would be okay with it. What do you think?

I like this girl and I dont know if she likes me or not and i dont know if she even knows that i like her. She goes to an out of state school and I known her for 4 months. I want to text her and see how she is doing but i dont want to be seen as the nice guy or the friend you know. I think I might be there already but there is no definite sign. its funny because she is usually the one who ALWAYS initiates the text convo's, just to say hi or whatever.

After hanging out during break, She wants me to go visit her at college soon and spend the day together going places. not sure if shes interested or not cuz i kept getting mixed signals.

Is it wrong to not text someone when u like them to see how they are doing?

what can i text her that will make her laugh in a flirtatious way and also avoid being too "friendly" but hinting to her that i like her/see how her day went and what she is up to? im new to this texting stuff. and not the greatest flirter..thanks for your help.

i as with a girl for 4 years. we separated coz of long distance and religious differences. she broke up with me several times, but only out of anger and despair as opposed to logic and deliberation. a couple yrs ago, she told me, b/coz of family pressure, she was going to get engaged. she still loved me deeply. but, she also wanted me in her life as a friend, or whatever. around that time, i was about to move to a new town. so, i left town w/o giving her my contact--we had stopped speaking a couple of months prior. i left her a message that the only way i can stay in her life is as her b/f, and that i can't just be friends. so this gone for a couple of years. in the meantime, my contact information is leaked to her. then a few days ago, she calls me n we jus talk about nothing, as if n'ing had happened. again, i have to give her the same ultimatum. either we become a couple or nothing. she had never been engaged, not even close. so now i haven't talked to her in two days. any thoughts?

and havnt talked to in awhile,is used to getting all the attention from guys, has found out from my cousin (her mom) that i have met a really nice guy. she just called me the other day said she just broke up with her bf and wants to come stay with me and wants to meet my b/f...

It may sound silly but it's been 4 yrs since me and my husband or shall I say ex husband seperated and divorced. My husband and I have been together since high school it'll be 15 yrs this month...we just got married last May. We have a daughter. He ignores us half the time and when he does something w/ or for us he throws it in my face almost everytime. Last night I was in the E.R. for chest pain and left arm numbness..(im OK its heartburn!!!) Anyway he was MAD because he had to drive to the hospital that is closer to my job, since I went from work it is 25 minutes away from home, I am so hurt and angry! To make things worse he brought his brother along to drive my car home, and apparently It was an issue for his wife, got into it w/ his wife today and my husbands brother called me and isulted me with really BAD words, now I am no saint I let him have it, but my question is WHY did my husband allow it? I am not asking him to fight the guy, I just feel alone! My husband swears that he told him not to come around our house anymore, but I am NOT happy, this is a family that I have always helped

im 19, male living independently. i had a job at the library for 2.5 years, and got fired last month for discrimination. well, my ex-dad and i aint talked in months, because he gives my life too much BS. he tryna control me, still! well, cuz i aint returned his calls he sent me an email sayin he gonna go to my old job and ask if im there n for my work schedule. i neva told him i got fired, cuz i neva talked to him. i dnt wanna tell him anything, but i think somebody else told him. also, he said he saw me on the news when i protested in DC, but my friends that saw it on the news said they didnt see me. i never make it to public propoganda. somebody tellin him my information, and i think its my stepmom. they broke up, though. what should i do, he goin to the library, and afta that, he gonna prolly drive to my apartment, near the library...what can i do to avoid his BS. he gonna make me look bad and make me move in with him, but i cant. he gonna ruin my future and hurt me.

OK, I posted about this already & have gotten no responses. I caught my bf talking to another woman online, but they both claim to talk as "friends" in a nonsexual manner. He doesn't like me to talk to either of my guy friends (who are both married & I told to both the guys & their wives), so that's a double standard right there, right? So I had this gut feeling, and checked his archives, and here they're talking about him leaving me and sneaking into each others' rooms to screw & "hey, we'll just push the old lady out of the way" and carrying on like that for about 2 hours (per the timestamps). So maybe I shouldn't have looked, but he's done it to me - fair's fair. Now he says HE can't trust ME cuz I DID look & I said it either stops altogether or he leaves. He left. But he wants to come back, but he thinks the whole thing's a joke, he was just "playing", that I'm over-reacting. I think he owes me an apology & that if he can do it online, how do I know if/what he does in person?

theres this guy at my high school his really really really really really hot. Sometimes when i walk down the hall way he looks at me right in the eyes... and once he was talking to my friend and i was standing with my friend and they were both talking and i was just standing there and then he wouldnt stop laughing and i was like wtf.. lol and then he was walking away and then i said to my friend haha i really like his belt and then the guy that is hot turned around and smiled but quickly looked the other way. Does he like me, or how can i get him to like me?

he was giggling when he was talking to my friend and i was standing right beside him and my friend told him to leave but he wouldn't (cause my friend likes me ) lol

I'm a mother of 2 boys. I'm 24.

I was told I am "used", "abused", and insecure. No guy would ever want me because of those factors.

My "husband" told me that during an arguement. I feel depressed still very depressed and disgusted with myself... it's been a week or so since but I can't get it out of my head.

I am a bengali girl and am recently married. I live in a joint family with my in-laws. Our house has just 1 bedroom and my sister-in-law (she is 15) sleeps in our room (on the floor) and we have to adjust her at night.

I keep worrying that our intimacy and noise will wake her up and she will see me and my husband in a compromising state.
I keep telling this to my husband but doesnot care. He says that she will not 'look' and is a child. She wont understand what we are doing, she is sleeping etc...Many times he tells her to "go to sleep early" and then gets intimate with me after half hour (I am not sure if she asleep or not).

But many times in the last week, she keeps asking questions which are uncomfortable for me and which make me feel she has seen us.

What do i do? We cant afford another house or make her leave? Help with suggestions

I met this girl 4 months ago and I know she was going to an out of state college. I was attracted to her and over the months we have gotten to know each other a little bit. she was the first one to initiate contact with me over AIM and we been talking ever since mostly texting

My problem is i think I might be stuck in the friend zone. I dont get what else I was suppose to do with a girl who goes to a school out of state, i know she lives locally so we can hang out n stuff when she is here, but the fact that we have been communicating often over the past 4 months has made me feel like i am in the friend zone for good and she doesnt see me that way?
i mean there are some "nice" things ive done for her but nothing over the top u know? i mean ive kept her company one night by texting cuz she was bored at some lab And we talk about "24" the show often. she has called me nice guy b4 too but ive gotten away from that.

My husband wants to get my name tatooed on himself. I have heard from different people "thats bad luck" or "everyone I know who gets thier spouses name tatooed, end up spliting up". Has this been a myth, has anyone else heard of this?

Im 16, my boyfriend is 23. People think its such a big deal because hes 7 years older. I dont really see why age matters when your in love. And I dont see why people think its wrong. Unless of course its like a 13 year old and a 19 year old..now that would be wrong.

Shouldnt it be more based on maturity level then age? Well..sorta..right? Im much more mature then he is..he can be very immature at times, but im not like that. So i dont see why some people think its wrong, when i act more like an adult then he does.

So is it really THAT bad, like some people think it is?

quick 411... (try and stick with me here.. lol) my great grandmother got pregnant by a man-- whom we do not know.. had the baby (my grandmother).. my great grandmother married a man who in turn adopted my grandmother.. .. so my great grandfather is not my "real" grandmothers father.. my grandmother has since passed (although my great grandmother is still alive and taking the sercret to her grave) my mother is now turning 50 and would like to find out if her mother's (my grandmother) real father is listed on her birth certificate.. or if there are adoption papers that list his name... we are not sure how to go about doing this.. or if they will release the papers.. my grandmother is past so we think it may be possible... does anyone have any insight on this?????
