I met this girl 4 months ago and I know she was going to an out of state college. I was attracted to her and over the months we have gotten to know each other a little bit. she was the first one to initiate contact with me over AIM and we been talking ever since mostly texting

My problem is i think I might be stuck in the friend zone. I dont get what else I was suppose to do with a girl who goes to a school out of state, i know she lives locally so we can hang out n stuff when she is here, but the fact that we have been communicating often over the past 4 months has made me feel like i am in the friend zone for good and she doesnt see me that way?
i mean there are some "nice" things ive done for her but nothing over the top u know? i mean ive kept her company one night by texting cuz she was bored at some lab And we talk about "24" the show often. she has called me nice guy b4 too but ive gotten away from that.

we hung out during break and now she wants me to come visit her @ college

Flow with it, only don't be to insercure to share your feelings and concerns. Nothing puts a person in a stagnat position with someone else faster then not saying what needs to be said. It isn't a "friends zone" as much as its a "not making the right move, saying the right thing zone". Understand one fundemental quality of human relationships, we have a hard time being with people that were not in some way attrated to. The whole friends thing is just bs, its not letting the friendship continue to grow that hurts it. The fact is you need to realize that showing that your interested in more then just talking to her, doesn't make you worse then a friend. Play with it, at the very least you'll feel better about yourself being more honest, and maybe she'll even trust you more and more... then just flow with it and see were it goes, just don't make it the entire relationship, keep up the relating!
