on who my husband is or was having an emotional and/or physical relationship? The evidence is huge, but he will not even admit or discuss. I need to know what I am dealing with. Been married 13 years and we are not going to split up.

My parents always told me our neigbor married his wife when she was 12. He was 30 yrs old. I never believed them until I was at the cementary the other day and read their tombstone. He did marry her when she was 12. I could not believe it. but its true. They had children together. Wouldnt this have been illegal back then? Could you marry today at 12 if your parents consent?

I am getting a divorce and should be able to file next month due to just becoming a resident of another state. My soon to be ex will be getting a disability settelment in a couple of weeks. I was with him from the time he filed for almost a year after 18 years of marriage. I am divorcing him because he gave up on life after an injury and there was the whole sleeping with my cousin and his co-worker thing also. My question is should I take the easy way out and just divorce and get it over with (my idea), or file for a part of the settelment since I was with him for 18 years (Moms idea) and end up in a fight? There are no kids or property involved so it would be a simple quick thing once filed. Thanks for all the help.

I'm, 27 and he is 29.Ok about 6 months ago , I went out with this guy who lives not far from me.We used to see each other every morning but non of us had the guts to talk to each other untill 2 years later his friend ask for my no to give to him. We dated for a little while and things were ok, untill I kinda got this gut feeling that someting wasn't right and I asked him if he still likes his ex, he said they are still friend but he is over her, I kept pressing at it as I didn't feel as though he was over her, he was telling me" your paranoid" and I'm like no I'm not sothing doesn't feel right, Untill one day he calles me and says that he still misses his ex, but she doesn't want to him back, they broke up becasue she wanted to focuse of her uni, so they didn't break up because someone cheated, anyway. I broke it off with him cos I could't handle him still having feelings for her and he agreed that he wanted to sort himself out. He sent me a text asking me for coffee what do I do??

i've been dating this girl for 2 months now, and i've been the one to initiate everything. only once has she indicated that she's available to meet, and we had a great time. actually, we've had pretty good times on our 5 meetings so far. however, it feels one sided, and she said that she "doesn't want to jump into anything yet." we've been emailing and texting almost every day, but she never initiates a date. she's been very busy lately and when she's not she just likes to "veg out." i'm very inclined to give her an untimatum, saying not to contact me unless she wants to set up a date. am i being stupid or should i really do it?

Every jumped all over the uncle who had sex with the 14 year old niece, even though she has feelings for him. Yes, he should have known better but there are 14 yr olds all over Y-answers having sex all over the place. Both the uncle and the niece are to blame, why should he go to jail and be a sex offender the rest of his life? Isn't that a bit old fashioned in this day and age? She did not say he forced her at all.

well im gay and involved with a girl and shes mean to my kids well she curses at them i told her to stop it plus she babysits but everytime i ll\et someone stay over for a few weeks (brother and sister) she trips weve been together for 7 months now and i love her but shes real rude. my brother is kinda slow and she talked real smart to him and he got smart back and they started arguing like crazy shes 40 and hes 23. what shall i do .........hes a fire bug and every where my mother move to he burns them out and thats why he is homeless and now she has decided to not come back while he there because he had a knife in the widoe seal where he slept like i said he slow and dont really know any better and it was just crazy and she's been living with me for the whole 7 months what shall i do. please help. shall i convince her to stay or just let her leave.

I like this boy a lot, but the problem is that I don't know if he has true feelings for me. He said he has an intrest in me but then later on, he said he likes this other girl. I have been telling my kids.. "I love my family. I miss them. but the cross our family bounderies"... What else to say.. I dont' want them to choose or get in the middle of the mess.. I think that is simple and explantory enough for them. They are 7 and under. I have decided that I am done with my family. I am done trying to make these people resepect my bounderies. They are toxic. They give out guilt trips like 'your kids will do this to you' and 'don't I get one more chance'. They truth is. NO, no more chances. They get no more of my energy, they have taken enough from me and my kids already. And my kids won't do the same to me because I treat my kids with respect and I am protecting my kids from their mental and emotional abuse. So my question is.... what do I tell my kids so that they see that I did this because it was the right thing to do? And how do I believe in myself when they place guilt on me and try to control me to get me and my kids back?

I like this boy I met after going away to college. I really like him but the problem is I am very, very, shy. I don't know how to let him know I like him. I told him I did not think it was appropriate for him to be in my 19 yr old daughters bedroom. He said he just opened the door and stepped in to offer her a ride to work since she does not have a car and we live in a rural area. It was early in the AM and he was leaving to go to his own home after staying at my house overnite.
My daughter is a drama queen and extremely immature for her age. I didnt dream this up, a counselor told me she was manipulative and immature and to watch out for myself and others.
Anyways, I asked him not to go into her room anymore and he became angry and told me he would never come to my house again.
My daughter says he was standing in front of her staring at her, but she has told me this at least a dozen times about some boys and also accused her high school math teacher of fondling another student. He was asked to retire and my daughter was the only witness.
Its a very touchy subject. Did I do the right thing asking him to stay out of her room?

I was excited to meet this new guy and it turns out we click well...when I was getting ready to go out my dad came up to me and said that guys are shallow and that if I didnt' loose more weight (I'v lost 50 lbs) that no one would ever love me. I think he was just trying to tear at my self esteem becuase he doesn't want me to 'leave the nest' so to speak. I can't help but wonder...is it true? Is weight such an issue? Is a size 14 really that bad? Come on guys...what are your honest thoughts?

I have been with my fiancee since high school and have been going strong ever since. I am now 25 and have graduated from college and he is in graduate school. Is it ridiclious to wait (have a really long engagement) about 2 - 2.5 years until we have the wedding. We can't afford it while he is in school and since we have been together for so long, we want to make it a big wedding. I am just concerned if 28 for a woman sounds a little old to be getting married since we have been together for 7 years already. Any thoughts?

I have a 17 year old brother and he's a real pain in the ***. He's hits me, spits on me, kicks me and yells at me. If he doesn't get his way, he throws a fit like a 5 year old. whenever I go anywhere, as far as checking the mail, I have to lock up my clothes, purse, well, stuff like that b/c he will steal my money, and sometimes, tear up my clothes. I tried fighting back but I just turned 18 so that's not going to do me alot of good. All he's gotta do is go to someone and show them a mark and I can get into trouble. Believe me, I would move out but right now I don't have that option. He's really selfish, I had a cousin that was homeless and depressed and would stay w/ us but my brother made it clear he didn't want him there and he would leave. He eventually committed suicide and my brother found him, so b/c of that, he has alot of sympathy. I don't have any friends b/c they moved so I have NO ONE, I mean no 1 to talk to about this, can someone please help. any advice is appreciated

i left my daughter with my mother i was deeling with a lot of stress cause my boyfriend didnt care that i was pregnet he wanted me to get abortion so i did it i was scares what he was going to do with me i have prof that he said mean thing to me on the phone and i left him cause he did crack i didnt want to be invold in that i was crying cause he would come and see me or any thing it wasnt fare i was doing every thing on my one i had no choice i had to get the abortion my family would not help me out with any thing they wernt supporting me my mom was helping but she was harrasing me aslo and thiers more to the story my daughter was in a car asadent a month later and i get a call i dont show upu to the hostptal untill 11:00 and i got back home 2:00 it makes me mad that i was told if i didnt get up to the hospital that i was going to have my kid taken a way and so my sister stays with my daughter calling me dume and everthing it was hurting me so i let her take her home i got her taken

My 21 yr old son and I have been together thru thick and thin. His dad kidnapped him off the street when he was 11 and he rode a bicycle 24 miles home with a bad tire in 80 degree weather to get to me and his grandpa. His dad was trying to find him and he heard him coming and hid in a corn field with his bicycle and watched him go by. His dad is a drunk and pathological liar and he has not spoken to him in over 8 years.
My son is the only witness I had to a big lie his dad put his little sister up to in court.
My son and I are so totally bonded and he is welcome home anytime, but I dont want him to feel like he is being thrown out of my house, but I would like to take over his bedroom because it is down stairs and I wont have to carry laundry upstairs any more. The upstairs carpet is pink. His carpet is beige and his room is masculin, but I would like it for me
I am afraid he will bomb out on his first try at living away from home because he has no money and no furniture

I always had a rule in my house that when you get old enough to be banging your babe, its time to find your own home and do the nasty under your own roof, so I guess he heard me.
He met his very 1st girlfriend about 4 months ago, and now he is moving in with her. He is a changed kid. He is so totally polite. The problems are 1.) He is leaving me with a 90 lb chocolate lab who does not obey me and worships the ground he walks on 2.) He is leaving me with a monster truck in my garage and no room for the riding lawn mower I plan to buy tommorrow because he will not be around to mow my enormous yard and 3.) He is leaving me with his crazy 19 yr old sister who he literally had to pull off me to keep her from pulling my hair out.
I plan to keep a club around to whomp her *** if she pulls anything, but now what do I do with the dog and the rest of the stuff?
