im 17 and the only people who asked me out were people i did not like back. How long do i have to wait to find someone with a mutual interest in me?? Will he ever come?? Ok my dilemna is this:
My mother is a devout Catholic who ended up turning me away from religion because she was so stircit, intense, outspoken, pushy and did nothing but make me fear the end of the world throughout my childhood and teen years. We get along but really do not talk to eachother as I have quite a bit of resentment towards her. Its doubtful that she knows how much she has hurt me...
I want nothing more than to marry on a cruise ship by a non-demonational minister with my fiance. It would be so much simpler and its what we both want.
But my mother expects me to marry in the catholic church and go through all of that hassle which I dont even believe in, in the first place.
She is old and I know she means well so I dont want to hurt her, but I feel guilty putting my fiance through all this religious stuff he doesnt want to do. And I feel like a coward doing things just for her.
What would you do? What you want? or what your mother wants? And why?

me and my friend have been friends for 8 years and she is 4 years older than me and lately scine she started high school we havent been talking much and i dont even know to talk to her about any more.then i been feeling like there r ceartin things i dont want to tell her and i dont want to hang out with her anymore but i want our friendship to last.and its not all my fault cuz when ever we talk all she talks about is how her and her ~new~boyfriend r doing and the guys that want to hook up with her.and she makes herslef sound kinda sluty but how should i keep her as my friend but with out us being that boring no matter the age seperation?

It has been hard to find out that my husband is in to porn. He admit that he has a lust problem too. Now I walk around wondering if there was something that I have done wrong. I have found myself buying more sexy underwear and adding extections in my hair and having sex more(2 times), trying to please his every need (at lease that is what I think). I feel of no value to him. To me it's cheating. It 's like saying I want that instead of this.I never wanted to look at other men. Now I want to look at men (just to get back), really I want to leave. Is it me or it seems like most people agree to it being normal. I have been married for 4 years.My husband is faithful i believe when we married i was in love with him but now i love him BUT I"M NOT IN LOVE WITH HIM.My husband & i ve not had sex in 18 months because he has gain alot of weight & will not listen to me when it comes to losing weight.All he does is work, eat & sleep.We don't ve children.He doesn't want to go out 4 movies, dinner, games because he now has low self esteem. When i cook healthy food, he orders pizza, when i talk to him about the weight & eating smaller protions he yells at me. I have been married for almost 2 years now. Until recently I thought that everything was OK. We have 3 children and expecting another due in August. He started a new job around September of 06 and ever since he has just completely changed. We found out that I was pregnant in December and right after that he just doesn't seem to care about me or our children. He goes out after work and doesn't come home until the next day in the early afternoon. He claims that he stays with a friend named John from work. His car has been broke down since October and he has been using mine, so therefore I am stuck at home with 3 kids and pregnant, and he could seem to care less. There have been nights when i have asked him to grab stuff for the kids on his way home because i couldn't go to get them, and he still would not come home. My husband pay's Child Support and has since his daughter was a baby. The Mother moved away about 2000 mile's and never let's the father see his daughter. Outside of that she is alway's bad talking about him to his daughter and the first one born he thought was his but turned out not to be his. Ok she cheated and lied. He still took care of both. Now last Summer she was supposed to send his child and offered to pay her trip and said we didn't have to pay for the Summer she would be here. At the last minute when my husband called her to tell her he had contacted to court's she got furious at him for not trusting her. She then expected us to pay her and the traveling at the last min. Of course we lost in court, as a father alway's does. He told the mom to keep her child home and keep her money. She made her child think it was him and blamed him, and I think that is wrong. Any opinion's. I'm fed up with this greed woman and the court's. Child has not seen her dad in 8 years

I am 6 months pregnant and me and my boyfriend have been together one year and we are very very much In love!!! and once before I found out he was talkin to some girl he never met from like 5 states away and sayin he was single I seen a pic of her and she was very very unattractive...I dont know wat he gets out of talking to these girls from so far away...when he knows he will never meet them I dont know wat they could be giving him that im not...I asked him and he swears he isnt talking to the grls anymore and he said he realizes its time to grow up and be a man (he is 18) and I want to belive him so bad but I am soo scared of getting hurt and I am always paranoid cause i know he is a good liar...I dont know how I can know for sure because I live with my mom right now and he lives with his and we are 5 miles apart and I cant think of a way to know if he is still talking to these grls or not....help

My ex had gotten a new gf, and they broke up 7 months later. Well I had ran into him, and he apologized to me. She seen us. Ever since she's started crap loads of drama. Deleted my myspace twice. Like hacked into it and deleted it. I just left it...because its just a stupid page anyway.But its still the fact that she took the time to hack into my personal business. But shes started crap about me. And me being the type of person I am. I avoid drama. And I've never had a problem like this before. I'm doing my best to avoid it, but she just keeps going. Calling my phone with a private number and making sex noises and saying his name. Never a voicemail though. Its crazy. I hate my life, it stinks. i lost my mum, so i was looking for someone to talk to because i feel so alone. i met someone who seemed very nice. i liked her alot. her friend emailed me using her account and told me not to email her anymore. i don't know what to do, i feel so miserable. she called me a liar and everything and that is what really upsets me. she told me to stop getting her to tell me everything when i didn't ask anything, she told me everything herself what should I do?
