Last night, I went out to the store to buy some tylenol at around 11:30pm; about 2-3 blocks from my house. I was talking on my cell phone and in front of me on the sidewalk were a small group of about 3 teens. I managed to hear them say "let's get his phone" and they walked towards me. I carry a butterfly knife with me at all times so i unhooked the clip that holds it together so i could release it. One of them put their hand around my arm grabbing me in the street and said "Give me your phone!" With my free hand i took out my knife, swung it open, and slashed his wrist with it. The other two teens saw what happened and ran away. i could tell he was bleeding a lot and was on the ground. A neighbor managed to see this and screamed 'HELP! He's been stabbed. HE DID IT" pointing at me. i managed to run away and go home, i still have the knife and i put it away.

What should I do? i feel that if i don't report anything i'll be fine cause they don't know who I am.

lately my friend is being a real asshole. ok there is a group of three of us who get together a lot on weekends (sundays at her house) and lately he has been being a real ***.

first he figits a lot and doesnt stop when you tell him to. one of my friends had these candles burning and he completly destroyed one of them because he wouldnt stop touching it and spilled wax all over the carpet too. now hes not allowed over her house anymore.

we cant meet anywhere else or on any other day so he is trying to find a replacement for HER because he screwed iit up. adn most of all the person he wants to replace her with he complains about being annoying but shes hot he says. i told our other friend this and now everyones mad at everyone because of him

what the hell is wrong with him? how do i get it through to him that hes being retarded without destroying any chances of us all being friends again? he said he is be bipolar? is that why?

For years, i have been learning chinese at this school every sunday for 2 and a half hours each time. i feel as if i'm not learning much, but my mom keeps pushing me. I want to stop, but she will not let me. What should i do? i'm not enjoying it and my mom expects me to know a lot and it is embarrasing when i'm with chinese friends of her and i can't say a thing. I AM REALLY HAVING A HARD TIME.

My friend, thinks im a slut, because I had a 2 boyfriends this month. But It's not like I jumped to a new one everyday! Plus it was only two, and she keeps calling me a sl*t. I've gotten close with a man at work that I share a strong mutual attraction with. I've always dressed nice and on some days may would wear a short skirt or silk top. He compliments me on my clothes so I know he loves them. Recently, I have worn a couple of tops that he told me in a good friend kind of way to not wear back to work because it was too revealing. What I wonder is if he likes it (and I KNOW he does by the looking me up and down, smiling, etc.) why does he not want me to wear it again to work so he can enjoy looking at it? By the way, this attention is welcome from him. He has only recently started to notice my clothes which I've worked hard at for a long time! Would this be a sign of more attraction coming from him not wanting me to wear certain things that are revealing?

Am I a bad adult because I do not have a close relationship with my parents and I do not want to spent any time with them at all. Whenever I am with them I always have conflicts, problems and drama that comes up. I do not like these things in my life and that is why I choose to spend as little time as I can get away with without them bothering me too much.

It has been implied that I am a bad young adult because OTHER young adults (like myself) LIKE their parents and want to spend time with them and tell them a lot of what is going on in their life. So, because I do not do these things does that make me a bad person?

I love this girl so much and we've been going out for 5 months, and i moved to some where far and i have to switch school, so i can't see her any more........ but i still can talk to her on the phone......
We're not breaking up yet, so, during Spring break, i drove from another state to her house just to surprise her,
and i saw her kissing another guy......., i was upset so i didn't say a word, then i just leave......
Was it my fault? , since me and her living so far away, i should break up with her, so i will stop making any further pain to her..... because i already know long distance relationship won't work out......

Why is it when it's your birthday you never want to celebrate it? You act like it's just another day. Nothing special. My husband's birthday is monday and I have already asked him what he wants to do and it's always the same nothing it's just another day. I have a friend who was homeless and I invited her to live with us. She needed money, I loaned it to her. Found her curled up in a ball on my kitchen floor and took her to the hospital. She had to have surgery, I was there with her. She asked me why I was a better friend to her than any of her lifelong friends.
Then, hubby and I had issues over not being able to have kids and his unwillingness to adopt. I asked for counseling and he told me how many other women would be glad to have him, and to just sell the house. I decided to leave. In between the time that I decided to leave and actually left, I started seeing someone else.
She moved with me. She starts hanging with him and saying that she will remain friends with both of us but not being up front with me about the times that we had plans but she cancelled because she was with him, etc. She moves out. She hooks him up with a friend of hers.
Is this being a friend to me?

A little back ground. SIL is having adestination wedding. Wonderful I think, and She says to Husband and I that she would really like us to attend but understands if we cannot!! Sounds great. Well Husband and I discuss it and if we cut corners here and there for the next year we can afford to go (keeping in mind we will be brining our child who has to pay full adult fare ). She thinks this is great and is very happy that we are going. This weekend comes and the wedding is less than a month away and she decides that she and the groom want to go away for a weekend stagette and stagg, separate of course. Well we tell them that it is not feasable for us to attend as this would cost more money not to mention that it is on easter weekend, (hello we have a kid!!!) and that we just cannot afford it as we just spent $5000.00 to be able to attend her wedding. anyways she got mad and says that we are not supporting her and we are basically being cheap!!! What do we say to her????
