I'm single male from India contemplating moving to USA. I don't mind dating American girls or even settling with them. Do American girls have the same broad minded attitude?

Well, it really depends how you view a woman's independence and importance.
Most American women are very independent and do not want to be treated as children. Further more, We, enjoy outings with our girlfriends (only) from time to time..without our men. So a man would have to give her space when needed.
Most American women are very strong-minded and will not allow a man making decisions for her. She will shun away from a man who wants to "play father" by telling her what to do.
Being an American woman, we treat ourselves with respect and like to flaunt our best features. If you are a man who likes to have a woman who doesn't wear makeup or doesn't go to the spa from time to time...more than likely, an American woman is not for you.

there wouldn't be a problem unless they are the type of person who couldn't adapt to your culture. the same goes for you adapting to her lifestyle. male and female roles in the US and India are very, very different. the role that family plays in american life is also vastly different than in India. here, we don't value the extended family as much, or adhere as much to our parents wishes. if you're just looking for a hook-up or casual experience, please let her know early on. i know how this marriage thing works in India, and no one needs to experience the hurt of an arranged marriage and being cast aside. the same goes for you, you will always be wondering what happened to her, and "what if". the fact that you said you "don't mind" dating american girls says a lot. actually, there are plenty of Indian girls here too. make your choices with a clear head and pure heart.

American girls, are most likely, the MOST broadminded females you will EVER meet. The area that you decide to live in the U.S. could have a big difference in how you are 'seen'.
Some states seem to have less 'cultural' problems than other states. CA is always a pretty good bet, when it comes to broadminded people...................but, that doesn't mean all people in CA are, either. Each person is different, and states seem to have different attitudes, overall.

No most dont mind.
Most like Indian men because they are exotic and sexy. Theres is just something about men with dark skin and different heritages. Well atleast thats how it is for me and my friends
