I have a friend who was homeless and I invited her to live with us. She needed money, I loaned it to her. Found her curled up in a ball on my kitchen floor and took her to the hospital. She had to have surgery, I was there with her. She asked me why I was a better friend to her than any of her lifelong friends.
Then, hubby and I had issues over not being able to have kids and his unwillingness to adopt. I asked for counseling and he told me how many other women would be glad to have him, and to just sell the house. I decided to leave. In between the time that I decided to leave and actually left, I started seeing someone else.
She moved with me. She starts hanging with him and saying that she will remain friends with both of us but not being up front with me about the times that we had plans but she cancelled because she was with him, etc. She moves out. She hooks him up with a friend of hers.
Is this being a friend to me?

no she is not your friend. No real friend will ever want to see you hurt and she is doing just that too you. Leave her alone. Ask her what business does she have in your business. Sounds like she is just a homewrecker. Because if you took her in a she started becoming the best of friends with your ex she was no good from the start. What does your ex say and how does he feel about this? Sounds likes he has his cake and eating it too.
