Well if u guys are passing eachother, i say u trip so he notices and stuff, and then talk talk away..

Walk up to him and plainly introduce yourself. Say, "Hey, my name is Jane..what's yours?"
Build your conversation from there. Let him know that you've seen him from time to time and you realized that you and he have never talked.
This will be a great way to keep the conversation going because he won't feel uncomfortable. Then, you can feel whether or not he's into you or just wants you as a friend.
Either way, you'll either gain a boyfriend or a bud out of it.

if you don't know him, then you are attracted to his appearance. just flirt with him, and ask him if he's into any sports, or what kind of music he likes. find out if you like more than the wrapping on the package.
