Is there a website online you can go to that can give you free marriage licenses from another state? I'm asking because i'm trying to pursue child support from my two childrens father, and i need to know if he is married or not, because he told me he was. and the law in the state of california states if the groom is not working and his bride is working they can garnish her check because he owe's child support. I went to my court house yesterday to give his name and see if it came up that he was married, but i was unsucessful, they told me nothing came up under his name.

I was at my sisters this weekend and one of her neighbors came over. His wife left him for his uncle and she isnt all there as well and they have a baby together. Anyways he is now living by himself with no water and no power. He hasnt had a bath in god knows how long and is living off of Dorotios and hot pepsi. The inside of his house is piled full of trash and you can smell it from his driveway. I feel so bad for him because I know he doesnt have the mental capacity to take care of himself. I dont know what to do. I have thought of calling social services and talking to them about it, but Im extremly conflicted about the situation. I dont know if its my business to butt in to his situation. I dont want him hauled off and put into a home but he is the type who needs help because there is no way he can do it on his own.

My girlfriend and I have been together for two years and a great two years, last month we got into a heated fight and she said she needed space and I was stupid and didn't respect that and that pushd her away more but about a two weeks ago we met up for first time and it was great laughed talked cried and it led to other things then a week ago same thing happened and she saying that she still confused etc, so last friday my idiot friend decided to talk to her and tell her things that i shared with him about me and her and she just calls me up saying that it's over completely but she still loves me and really cares about me and all but if it was meant to be then it will happen just not now? we met up following day and she said its really hard for her to do and she was angry and upset but stil sticking to it being over between us...whats everyones opinion what should i do she's the love of my life i'm lost without her and she knows this I want her back in my life, is there any hope?????

My roommate sleeps with about twelve girls a week. He degrades girls behind their backs and has more one night stands than our entire dorm floor combined, which is about sixty people give or take.
He cries over this one girl who he said he will, not wants to, will marry, even if he has to force it into her. She backed out and now he is moving onto another girl and is saying the same thing. He didn't do any forcing, which I am somewhat grateful for, but he is slowly becoming less rational and more...for a lack of better words, evil.
He is a good kid and I'd hate to see him hurt himself or anyone around him, but he says he MUST get married by 23 and the purpose of life is to make money. I'm not saying this is wrong or anything, but he is kind of hurting his now would-be-maybe bride-to-be.
I met this girl and she's actually very sweet, but should I interfere or do nothing?
Any reply would be nice, no matter how degrading or objective they may be, I really just want some guidance.

My fiance and I have been together for two years and engaged for the past year. Things were going great until he brought up his ex. And ever since then we always end up in an argument about is ex. He e-mails his ex constintaly and he always tells me when she e-mails him back and what she had to say. Then he will go off about how much he hates her and how badly she treated him when they were together. I feel like I am competing with his ex for his all (mind, body, heart & soul). Am I just stupid to ignore this? Is he still hung up on this women? What should I do? He tells me that he loves me with all his heart and soul and that I am his angel. But when he starts talking about his ex I start to wonder. I love this man with all my heart and soul. But right now I am so lost and confused. Can someone please give me some advice?

Ok, my BF and I broke up. Well, he came up to me and said I was moving on too quickly after the break up. Well, I waited a whole 5 minutes after we broke up to hit on another guy. And he was like hella cute. What was I supposed to do? Wait a whole hour? Well, by that time, all the good pieces are taken for the night. I recently got married and my wife has a son. I refer to him as my son, but I'm not comfortable with him calling me by my first name. I also recognize that he has a dad in his life. I beleive that the term dad should be reserved for the father he's known for most his life. So, is there another name that he can call me? Not sure I like "Pop". What do stepfathers have their children call them?

I am 24 years old guy. i have been with a gal (3 years elder than me) for last 1 year.I introduced her with family but my family is not accepting her because she is of different religion and she is not beautiful.(they dont know abt age diff yet). i can not leave my family because they depend on me and they have done a lot for me. i am totally confused. Me and my friend are in same company and earning a good salary. Please suggest me what i should do. i cant marry her right now because my elder brother is still unmarried. He knows I am single. He is single also. We spend alot of time texting. When we get too close he pulls back, but he does this with everybody. I am a little older than him, I am white he is black, I have never met anyone like him, but I don't know if he is even attracted to me. I'm 11 and there's this guy; he's 18. Most kids my age don't even know what love is. Me on the other hand, well I do. So, he loves me a lot, Age doesn't bother him or me. Although, it's online; Not through a messenger thing. He lives in California and I live in Australia. I know I actually love him. I was talking to my best friend about it and I told her one of the things he said to me so she said "he means he loves you a lot, but doesn't know why" it kind of made things clearer. One of the times him and I were talking he said "i wish that i could be with you irl." I asked why, he said "so that i could hold you and make you feel like your wanted."
I'm just not quite sure if it would work. It seems as if it might, but i'd like to have a second opinion.

woke 1 day and said he doesn't want any relationships. i left and have found out all his family and a couple of his closest friends abused him and said you just lost the best thing and they stopped talk in to him for over a month. since i lest nearly 2 months ago he has been drinking he says its cause he is hurting, he says he doesn't have what he wants cause then he wouldn't need what i gave him and he calls me every 2-3 days like 3 times a day and he wanted me to see him when i could and i let him know i would be down soon and then i went down and he got up me cause i didn't tell him i was going down and he says we are good friends but he was hiding from me and would only talk to me via text when he could handle it. any guys or girls got any ideas

In june a friend of mine got married and i was a bridesmaid. Now my other friend is getting married but her fiancee is an asshole he has hit her tried to suffocate her and that was when she was pregnant the baby is now 10 months old this guy has serious problems. The hospital that I'll be delivering at has an OB tour 2X a month. For the past 2 months my bf has found a way out of the tour at the last minute. Finally tonight he had no excuse & I was going to go whether or not he did. He came but was upset. We get outside the meeting room & he tells me that he is so mad at me b/c he doesn't understand why I want to go to this & it's going to be a waste of time. There isn't anything that I need to know or find out that will change anything on the delivery day. I ask if we could please continue the conversation outside in private. He tells me that he has already been through this & there is nothing that I'm going to learn & that I'll end up mad b/c it'll be a waste of time. I'm hurt b/c I figured he could of just went along w/ it all, for me. I couldn't help it and I started to cry. That made him more upset. I decided I wanted to go home b/c I didn't feel comfortable being there w/ him so mad at me. Do you think I'm wrong for feeling the way I do?

Ok so ive been with my fiance for 7yrs now (engaged for 1). I want to have a baby and my fiance doesnt. Im 21 and he is 20...I have told him time and time again but he just says that we are too young and that we are not ready and that i just think that i am...It drives me nuts when he says this! I dont know what to do, everytime i get near a baby i just want to hold it, play with it and all that good stuff! I dont quite believe that my fiance isnt ready..i think its just that he is scared of change and he is also a big baby! I think he thinks that i wont do as much for him or give him enough attention if we have a baby.We both have good jobs and we have an apartment together so were pretty much stable. I am soo ready for a baby but what can i say to him? What can i do? Any suggestions?

calls me up to find out how i am doing and i can speak to him on anything or problem i have. I als feel a lot better when i speak with him. On the other hand, he has been feeling very sad and worried for no apparent problem, but was telling me that sadness has engulfed him and he feels miserable and asked me to pray for him. Okay, I am getting my brother to be my best man. My fiancé wants to have 2 bridesmaids and one maid of honor as they are all very close to her. Well I am worried on the idea of having such a difference of numbers, and how to plan that. Also, I am unable to equal out the numbers due to having my friends being in the military or different state. Kind of short on real close friends that I would want to have as a groomsman. How would I go about asking my fiancé to choose one or two (as I have seen 2 and 1 work)? Or, is there some way 3 and 1 can work?
