Right - time for the truth! Initially, people are attracted to looks. It's only human...then you get to know the personality and if they don't have much of one or are not nice to know then it doesn't matter how good looking a guy is, he suddenly becomes unattractive.
Then there are scenarios when say for example you work with a guy who isn't obviously good looking but is kind, decent and funny and over time this can make him very attractive. However, he might just be a good workmate and nothing else.
I just think at the end of the day beauty is in the eye of the beholder but anyone who says looks aren't important are fibbing. I think it's 50/50.

well - there has to be something to attract you to them in the first place. If you don't spend time with someone you cant tell what their personality is like. But looks can grow on you - personality doesn't.
So - a bit of both - starting with liking the way they look !

Well,I prefer a guy with a really good personality and he has to have a good sense of humor too..As for looks,it really doesn't matter,as long as I find them somewhat attractive.They don't have to be a model or anything.Looks fade in time... but the heart stays the same.

well have to say im shocked with that! aint wasting anymore money on having me eyebrows waxed and nails buffed and sunbed or going down the gym 4 times a week! lol just need to get myself a personality, umm wonder if ebay do em

if you're still an adolescent, most likely looks. but personality also counts.
but other than that, you should have good looks andd personality. cause seroiusly girls, would you WANT to have a guy that doesn't look too great and show him off? i know that sounds bad, but think about it.
