Do you find this weird? A girl who is already 20 years old, has okay looks, an easy-going personality, but never had a boyfriend, or even went out on a date before.
What do you think the reasons could be?

Personal choice, not ready for a boyfriend or sex. No it isn't 'weird', not atypical but not a bad thing either per se.

maybe she is busy with work or school and she did not find somone she likes to date.
