Sure it does but thats your fantasy. I mean thats the beauty part about fantasy.. you get to sleep with whoever you want. If you can get him to sleep with you for real, go for it.

Not necessarily. While fantasies are often used as inspiration for masturbation, in many cases they are just fantasy and you might not actually want sex with the person. This is particularly true when it's a movie star, musician or other person you know is out of reach or older or whatever.
However, if you actually know and like the person in your fantasies, then it could very well be that you do want to engage in sexual activity with them. I guess the only way to find out is to get to know them better, date them and see if there is enough solid attraction there to make it happen.
One word of warning though, fantasy is often way better than reality and this is true even for sexual encounters. So if you actually do wind up engaging in sex with the person of your dreams, please don't take your high expectations to bed lest you be rather disappointed. Although ifd you give it a real chance and stick with the person you may find the sex gets better and better as you get to know more about how to truly please each other.
