I know some will say its unethical, while others will say that if the owner doesn't secure it that it is their own dumb fault. I am NOT interested in the ethical discussion of this, but rather would like links to actual criminal cases where a person has been charged with accessing an UNSECURED wireless network. If the network is not secured, and I use it without permission, am I actually committing a crime that I could be convicted of if I was only using the internet access for normal browsing/non illegal activites?
