Those restrictions would have to be imposed by the site/service that's hosting your pictures. And in most cases, it's not difficult to get around them.
The general rule is: if pictures can be viewed, they can be downloaded (since really, the image must be downloaded to a PC in order to be displayed there anyway)
You can watermark your images so someone else can't claim them as their own, but if you're really worried about unauthorized distribution, don't post them online.

Even if you disable right-click on your website, there are so many ways to get around that and still download the picture. The rule is if it can be seen, it can be downloaded. So the only way to prevent that is by not posting them online.

Yes and No, If you don;t own the server or administrate the web page then no, If you are and do the development on it then you can add some javascript the trap right clicks and put up a message. If this is on a page like myspace or blackplanet or any sites that allow you to enter htlm tags then you may be able to do that.

Don't post pictures on the Internet. That is the only way you will positively not have this problem.

It sounds like you have a spyware problem. Installing and running an anti-spyware application like Spybot - Search & Destroy will analyse your PC and show you all the spyware installed on it. It will then give you an option to remove the offending spyware. Your PC should then be clean!

Hi!
Nope, there are always ways...
If I can see it, I can steal it. I usually "steal" Flash games... to play later, without having to go online...
So... no!

You can't 100% avoid it. You can do what Image banks do which is adding watermarks to render them somewhat unsuable.
