my antivirus has desinfected it, it says
how could I've got it and what kind of harm could it do??

Well, that's a little too general. I can tell you that it is (or was) a registry entry but a lot of viruses create errant registry entries, depends on which one created it. That's about as much as I can tell you.

This is like asking, where did I get the cold virus from? Who knows. What does it do? Google it. I'm sure however, that its just another annoying piece of spyware...one of billions probably.

Most viruses come through email, never open any attachments, until you confirm it with the sender.
