Something on cookies popped up but after that everytime I try to enter into a particular site the whole screen closes. Why is this happening? I normally open this site with no problems...

do this
In an Internet browser go to TOOLS > Internet options > look in the box in the middle and click delete cookies

If this is and adult site your mom and dad have placed a block on that site.
But if you are and adult and this is not and adult site you just need to right click on Internet explorer then go to properties then click on delete cookies and delete files this may or may not help

There apparetnly is a filter on your computer or network that is preventing access to the site you are attempting to enter......
