Go to "tools" then "internet options" then click delete cookies and after that click clear history. This will clear it for you.

This will clear it from the browser, but not from your hard disk. Too delete from your hard disk...click start, control panel, preformance/maintenance and click free up space on my hard disk.

It will calculate how much space you will rid and then bring up a screen that gets your final confirmation to delete the unwanted space.

have a nice day

well you can do as others have said but a lot of info is stored under
tempory internet files folder
which is found in XP
c:\documents and settings\ your name\local settings\temporary internet files

you may get a window come up about security when accessing the folder just click ok
your name is of course the name you have for your own doc folder
if you cant view it you may have to go to
Tools-FolderOptions-View
and under Hidden Files and Folders
click SHOW ALL FILES

in temp internet files folder you will find all youve visited today cookies pics everything downloaded etc.
select and delete to clean as required
also here are stored video files that you cant save whilst watching them on a web page
watch them on the web page then go to this folder scroll down and you will find the video file you just watched use copy and paste to get the video file out of the folder so you can watch it again and again
you will have to go out and then back in to the folder for it to update itself if your using the internet and displaying the folder at the same time.
i hope this information will be of help

You can clean it for free by downloading a great program called CleanUp. You can pick up the link to download it on the left hand side of this page http://www.mbusbyuk.info/basic_computer_maintenance.html
Good Luck!
