When I launch Explorer, I get a window from Popcorn.com claiming that I signed up for a three day trial, and since I didn't cancel within those 3 days I now owe them. I never signed up for anything. There is no way to get in touch with anyone, no customer service - I can't figure out how to get in touch with anyone with the website. I believe this has to be a scam, with the use of scare tactics (you have a legal obligation to pay). After it happened the first time I scanned my computer and found five files associated with it and deleted them all. Since then I have found two more and deleted them as well. Anyone know how to get rid of it, and also how to report it and who I should report it to? Thanks much!

Recently I became part of the MSN Hotmail Beta program for new e-mail. About that time, I noticed that I began having difficulty downloading some attachments, which were blocked as pop-ups. I don't know if there is a connection, or if that was coincidence. I haven't loaded any other new programs other than ACDsee (photo manager). I also began having difficulty opening links that were legitimate, and accessing pages that I need to get to. I have disabled every pop-up blocker that I can think of - Explorer, Google, Msn, Norton, Yahoo. I still get messages that pop-ups are blocked. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't like annoying pop-ups, but even that's better than not being able to get the information I need!!

about a week ago i tries to play music on my computer and the sound didnt work at first i taught it was a cable but it wasnt.i know its not the speakers because it wont play in the headphones either i ran a virus scan but it said i had no infecter files cound i still have a no sound virus??if so how can i fix it??

Through some copyscape search, i found that someone has copied four and a half pages of my site, all word to word. No reference to my site is given, and from web archives it is indicated that he has put that stuff after i have. Please help!

i am wondering if i click heal or remove to virus vault, is the virus still in my hard drive? or it is gone for good?
i saw the virus vault thingy in my AVG and there's the virus names and where is it located. So are the viruses still there?

Everytime I come here I have to immediately run anti-spyware, (adware), when I leave. Not just one or two items are tracking me but at least 20. No way would I come here without the anti-spyware software installed.

the last couple days my comp. has been messing up. i get these messages in the taskbar saying windows is infected and loads like 6 of those little popups on my taskbar and if you x one out, it comes right back. Plus, windows explorer will always mess up and come up with that send error report, dont send message. now when i turn my comp. on, it will load xp then ill click my username, (the only one on there) and it will stay at my screen saver, it wont load my desktop.

Please help me fix this!!!!!

i cant get rid of this zlob trojan that i picked up somewhere can anybody tell me how to get rid of it cuase spybot wont delete it and neither will ad-aware se.

its really annoying and its causeing all sorts of pop ups and fake warnings and all this other stuff. ive tried searching the internet and all i get are these sites for programs that you have to pay for!

I have some how got spysheriff on my hp laptop, which keeps telling me that i have malware and i need to download software to do this. When i turn on my laptop for a few minutes it shuts itself down. When i try and download other software to get rid of it, it won't let me save it to my computer or open it. It keeps saying that i need to shut down the other stuff and try again.
Help me what do I do??????

It seems that everywhere I go, a pop-up window suddenly appears every single minute. My pop-up blocker is on, I blocked a few sites, I haven't found any spyware (I ran an anti-spy scan today), and there had been no viruses so far (Did a virus scan this morning, and I'm still not done). What is wrong with my computer?

P.S. I was using AT&T Yahoo! Browser, and the pop-ups came from Internet Explorer.

I have tried all the usual things, its a spywear toolbar and does have an option to remove the toolbar, but that is just away of getting you to there homepage, can any one halp ?
