WARNING!!! WARNING!!! WARNING!!!
NO! it is NOT genuine. These are the kind of e-mails called phsing. when you click on them they report back to sender ONE; that your email address is real. they can now sell it to other companies and you will be flooded with MORE Junk e-mail.
And TWO, some will ask you for your bank account so they can send you the money you have won. After you do YOUR BANK ACCOUNT WILL BE EMPTY IN MICROSECONDS!!!!
I repeat THIS IS A SCAM!!!
Sorry about the shouting, (lol) but it is very important you do not answer this kind of e-mail!
With that said, If you enter a contest with a reputable company on line they will send you an e-mail if you have won. BUT THEY WILL NEVER, NEVER, EVER, ask you for your bank info. Only an address where they can send your winning check.

No! Look at the source of the e-mail. If it were geniune, don't you think it would come from the Lottery Website.There are other clues to look at. Why would anyone pay for lotto on your behalf so you could win. They want to get your personal information, see if you have a good job(income)and a valid checking account so they can later rip you off. Never give you personal information to anyone!

I am using net since 2001, I received more than 1000 such email of lottary and partnership of 20 to 40% of 1000000000000......$
