How can i take off the page restriction in the internet explorer?

i dont have the pasword and i cant see any page in my internet explorer how can i remove this

If that's your browser, then maybe you're not connected to the internet. If you have a blocker software then it will come up and keep you from going to websites you are not allowed to go. You have to know this software's password.
But, if you can't see any page, then how were you able to ask your question on here?
