Through some copyscape search, i found that someone has copied four and a half pages of my site, all word to word. No reference to my site is given, and from web archives it is indicated that he has put that stuff after i have. Please help!

If you have copy writes to the stuff on your site then you can sue, other wise, nothing much. Copy his whole site down through your printer, and do the same with yours. When ever you do something to your site keep record and date you did it. Keep checking, and when you have enough ammunition take it to a lawyer. Let him take it from there. Hope this helps.

If its word to word and almost the same lay out as your site then you can do something about it. Expecally if its a website that you make money on. I would contact a lawer and see what you can do. First I would copy there hole site and have your lawer write a letter for them to stop. Have the prof and let them know what they are doing. If they don't stop you tried and you can show the courts that you have tried which makes your case stronger.
