will not let me see internet explorer,or delete the program.also cant get rid of icons or the security alerts that it keeps sending,its called spydawn.

Run your anti-spyware in Safe Mode.If you have no an excellent anti-spyware or your current anti-spyware can't prevent spyware from Invading you computer,download a better one.

As the computer is booting press your "F8 Key" repeatly which should bring up the "Windows Advanced Options Menu" . Use your arrow keys to move to "Safe Mode" and press your Enter key.
After into safe mode,run a anti-spyware to killllllllll the spyware and adware on you pc.

You should run Adware, it's a good program and it's free (might be called adaware) lava soft offers it or Spybot search and destroy they seek out harmful files and remove and quarantine them

Get SpySweeper by webroot and run it during safemode on your computer. That was how I had to do mine. It works. Then run it during regular mode and run til it find nothing on your computer.
