Where can I find a Encrypting program that will encrypt a Folder not just a file, A whole folder at one time?

Try truecrypt.

Although TrueCrypt is an EXCELLENT encryption program, it won't just encrypt the folder. For TrueCrypt to work, you have to drag the folder into a "vault" that has a predetermined size (meaning you can set it for X mb but you can't increase the size at any point).

Try the program on the link at the end of this post, I haven't used it, but a few friends recommended it to me when I was looking for encryption software.
