my computer is making the "click" sound in regular intervals (about 1 every minute) that you hear when clicking your mouse on a link, or when you hit enter. I shutdown all programs, did a virus scan, cleaned with adaware, but it's still there. Anyone have suggestions?

Its taking forver to load and sound is distorted often. It can't do much anymore on it without having trouble. Spyware programs aren't picking up anything. CPU usage usually is running about 9% for whatever reason. I was loading an online game the other day and it took about 10 minutes but played fine. Even when I play a song on windows media player it started acting up. Any help please!

My Computer freezes up,screen is on but I cannot move mouse,keyboard don"t work.I have to shutdown computer,turn it back on,start again,start doing something then it freezes up again,WHY?Please help.

I have a Intel Pentium 4 CPU: 2.4 Ghz RAM: 1 Gb and lots of hard drive space. I looked at the supporting video cards at gamespy but I believe mine is newer than those.

my pc is 1 year old it's a brand new hp compaq (cpu 3.4, ram 1gb upgraded to 2gb , vga 512 ) i used to play games without having any problems first i got it but after a few month about 8
whenever i'm playing a game it stops and restart but not all the games only such need 4 speed most wanted and call of duty ... what i've done i upgraded my ram to 2gb i opened the box and cleaned it all from inside it was very dusty i cleaned it very well the video card , cpu everything after all that i tried to play the games like while playing call of duty it's perfect but need for speed most wanted still stops and some other games such Medal of Honor Pacific Assault(tm) ... besides when i got this pc it was working perfect with all games

When i access the bios it shows my cd roms not intalled but i can hear them spin up and the lights go on on both of them the problem orgionated when some one tried to partition the hard drive by intalling to os on both portions of the partition the erro i get says no boot deive avail f1 to rboot f2 for utility

I just installed windows XP, i had previusly created a partition for a second OS anyway, it failed so i had to format and reinstall xp, however now, the primary HD only has 23 gigs, when it is a 120 gig HD what caused this? the xp installation formatted everything!!! HELP ME please!! im afraid this could be a serious issue!

I purchased an HP Pavilion Media Center (m7757c) recently, and it has a sliding door on top that reveals some kind of tray below. Do you have any idea what that tray is for? It's not documented anywhere.

I have an Acer Aspire T180 that I want to put a larger hard drive in. It's my first name brand computer, I generally build my own. I was wondering if any HD will work in it or if I have to usually a special like licensed one or something, kina of like how you have to use certain brand of RAM.
