On your desktop, just right click on the "My computer" icon, then go to "properties" and click that. It will show the size of your RAM at the bottom.

You can also click Start, Control Panel. Double-click System (in Classic view), the General tab. The amount of RAM is displayed there.

Press down Ctrl+Alt then hit Del to open Task Manager. Click Performance Tab. You will see both Total and Available physical memory.

just rightclick on mycomputer/properties icon on desktop u will get the information abt ur pc like system/operating system on ur pc also processor and ram in ur pc

Check Your Ram. Is it compatible with your mother board? u said that u upgrade it from ddr2 to ddr3.
