If so how do I install it? That is if the mother board can even handle it, because im only looking to spend 250 at max...

Not familiar enough with that mb, but if the pins are matching, it can be done. Most of us are gonna be unwilling to walk you through it becase if you don't get your heat dissapated properly, youre gonna fry your chip. It's pretty easy to do, but you probably shouldn't do it yourself. Most highschool or college kids can do it for you. HP's don't like to be changed around but it can usually be done.
