When i access the bios it shows my cd roms not intalled but i can hear them spin up and the lights go on on both of them the problem orgionated when some one tried to partition the hard drive by intalling to os on both portions of the partition the erro i get says no boot deive avail f1 to rboot f2 for utility

Alright it says its not installed and theres no operating system successfully running correct?? then go back in there and check boot devices and tell it to boot from cd and see what it does. If that doesn't work put the cd in you got with the cd rom if you still have it

Check your connectors. The ribbon connector may be loose that is why BIOS could not detect your CD drives.

Also try to load safe defaults in BIOS. It seems that the hard drive is now NOT a part of the boot sequence that is why there is no boot device.
