I'm trying to play Caesar IV and it needs T&L including Pixel Shader 1.1.
If it can't then can't the CPU do it?

I have a Nissan altima 93 with 140,000 m and i notice that the level of engine oil is going down and i need to add some oil in every 20 days. What is happened and what i have to do for fixing this problem.

Ok I have been with the same computer with Windows 98 SE for like 8 years, I desperately need a new computer now because mine is obsolete, it has too many errors, and the new programs that are coming aren't compatible with mine. I am a college student so my computer is very important to me.

I am planning on buying a new PC this summer, but now that Windows Vista came I don't know if I should wait until people finally determine that Vista is a good OS to use with not so many errors etc, or don't pay much attention to vista and just buy one with Windows XP.

Whats the big deal of buying one with Windows XP now? Should I do it?

I have this USB and it has so important files of mine, and when i put it in the pc it says that it is formatted and if i format it all my files will be deleted! How can I get all my files bak without them getting deleted?
Please help me I am in trouble!

Son left pc on during a storm, am thinking modem got fried, everything works on puter, but is not able to connect via land line to internet. puter works fine, all programs, boot up, but not modem, replaced modem, but still no connection.

This may be incidental, but a couple of days ago, I started having problems with my keyboard - I had to hit the 'b' and 'r' button 3 times to get them to type - just a glich I thought. But, tonight I get 16 items on my desktop all highlighted and none of my anti-virus or spy-bots are working, and my CPU cooler fan is going like it's woking really hard!!! Can anyone please direct me to a site with free diagnostics and fix??? Thanks for any help :-)

After some overclocking of my new CPU, it's getting kinda hot. Originally it was like 78C, but I added a fan to drop it to about 54C. That's still a little hot for my liking. I'd like to lower it down to around 40-45 degrees C. I don't want to use water cooling as a method, because if any thing goes wrong, I don't wanna pork over hundereds of dollars to replace the parts. I'd like like to cool every thing down in general.

i can burn cds fine, but i've tried 2 different programs to burn dvds and it will not do it.

i've used DVD-CLONER4, NERO 7, DVD Shrink, nothing works in any way

i'm suspecting the BURNER for the DVD is not working...how can i test it?

NERO 7 has a TESTING ROOM and when i have a blank DVD inside the drive, i CANNOT run any tests, but if i insert a blank CD it will run all the tests fine

could it be that the dvd burner be.... burned?

It went through a power outage but was turned off at the time. It was also on a surge protector. When I go to turn it on the fan come on but there is no signal to the monitor. I think is is the motherboard and was wondering how hard it is to change it out and does it need to be programmed

Well, i need to drive an evaluation board consisting of Atmel's ATMEGA8L microcontroller. This evaluation board is driven from a computer through usb port and serial port, both. For that i have a usb connector (that connects through computer and my circuit) and a serial port (that connects through the serial port of the computer and the circuit) present at the back side of the PC's usually. In my PC, there is no serial port.. I have checked back side of the PC and on the motherboard also. So please help me out if there is any alternative or any other port, that functions same way as the serial port functions.. Please help me out, i need to complete my project as soon as possible. I have the alternative to put PCI slot inside the motherboard bt that costs around Rs. 800/-. So i have post this question here just to find if there is any other alternative, rather putting that PCI slot inside the motherboard.

So called a technician out to reinstall windows for me. I asked him if he would like a cup of tea, and when I returned he had opened up my hard drive and was taking out one of the memory upgrades.
I asked what he was doing (He was Asian) and he mumbled a lot of jargon and closed it up. Any idea what he was up too? He had a whole bag of sealed memory cards. I had to send it back to Mesh for repair eventually anyway.

I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING, i have gone on everything volume control, device manager, i have gone through all the steps, i have clicked on everything, it says everyhitng works fine, the only way i can listen is by putting the sound on high and using earphones, but i really am getting tired of earphones, please someone help im really desperate!!!!!!!! :(
